THE TINY COMPANY DIFFERENCE: Breck Mountain Rentals is a very small company offering big customer service, locally-owned and operated here in Breckenridge, CO. Your calls/texts are answered immediately 9am-9pm and 24 hours for emergencies. Our inventory is limited to a select number of properties only in the Breckenridge core so that we are able to provide meticulous attention to detail, for happy homes and happy guests. All Breck Mountain Rental properties are meticulously maintained and well stocked with full-sized and/or ample guest supplies, an informative welcome binder and a gift bag.
LOCATION: Only 1.5 miles to downtown Breckenridge shops and dining and the Breckenridge Gondola for skiing at Peaks 6-8, 0.8 mile to Peak 9. Walk to town on paved path in summer and fall or ride the free shuttle (closest stop is 300 yards from house).
ACCESS: ALL Breckenridge visitors need 4WD/AWD for safe transportation to and around town. Easy drive to town or walk in summer and fall. As our guests, we are happy to help you with the details of getting around Breckenridge and where to park.

HOUSE RULES: Home insurance requires that all guests be the minimum age of 30 with the exception of children and young adults traveling with parents. Max adults 8 and only up to 10 occupants if two or more are children. ID and signed rental agreement required Max vehicles is 4 total, max parked in driveway is 2. Group with 3-4 cars must park at least two in garage per HOA rules. CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR 2025: Reservations including the night of Dec 25, must check out by Dec 27, unless also booking the night of Jan 1. Reservations including the night of Jan 1, may not arrive prior to Dec 27 unless also booking the night of Dec 25. Additional rules may apply in House Rules section
PET POLICY: Well-behaved, well-mannered doggies only! We have a Leave-No-Trace policy- no scratch/chew marks, no excessive hair, no yard waste. $185/dog. Dogs must be leashed outdoors at all times per town ordinance. Dogs must be minimum of 1 year old, one 60 pound or less dog, or two small less than 20-pound dogs. A description of your pet, how/where they sleep/spend time alone and signed pet policy are required.

Great experience all around. The house is beautiful and spacious. It was very clean and very well maintained. It’s a great location and is only 1.5 miles from the slopes/town. Definitely recommend!
Seeing and experiencing this home in-person was even better than the on-line summary described. It was so clean, had everything we needed and more. Bedrooms were amazing. Common areas were amazing. We were in town for a wedding so unfortunately it kept us away from the home most of the time. We will be coming back here someday to really enjoy what Breckenridge and this home have to offer.
Riverside Escape exceeded expectations! Pictures can sometimes be misleading and the reality might be disappointing. There was nothing disappointing about our stay here. Our group included 3 15-25 yr olds as well as 3 over 50. We were in close proximity to everything you could want to do. The house was beautiful and so were the views!
The property was beautiful and the location was fantastic. There are just a couple of things to know. We all got super hot in this place as the climate control was on a schedule and we were instructed per the host rules not to touch the thermostat. We had one possibly weird situation regarding the hot tub. While the rule makes sense which is to cover it once done as to not damage the hot tub... We got a message from our host that a neighbor had messaged that it had been left open for several hours when it really had been just an hour and a half. We had already closed it by the time we got the message from the host. So it felt a little weird neighbors potentially watching the hot tub area.
We had a wonderful stay in Breckenridge! This home was perfect for our family vacation—clean, well organized, and very spacious, with plenty of room for everyone. It was extremely well equipped and beautifully decorated, making it feel both comfortable and inviting. We would absolutely love to stay here again in the future.
Our family had a great stay at this house! Big fully equipped kitchen with great “game” table! All adult kiddos stayed downstairs (close to hot tub) and perfect master upstairs! Had all “the things” that made for a wonderful winter retreat!
The best home we have ever rented. The house, location, communication and amenities were beyond our expectations. Such a beautiful, spacious, comfortable property that has everything you could ask for and more. Well stocked and nestled in among gorgeous landscape. Convenient to downtown Breckenridge and all it has to offer. Will definitely stay here again.
This house is amazing! I’ve rented a lot of properties and this one has to be the best stocked house I’ve stayed in. High end appliances and electronics. Beautiful views with plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. Close to the ski slopes and town. Would definitely rent here again. Highly recommend!
Initially I was hesitant since the property only had 2 reviews but I'm so glad I picked this property. It was perfect for our family and friends. Everyone had their own space with the common area setup perfect for meals and playing games. I'm the most picking person ugh BUT this place is AMAZING!! Just bring your fun, food and clothes, everything else is there for a great time.
The layout is wonderful; each bedroom has its own bath. Very peaceful sitting on the deck listening to the stream and the view of trees and mountains. Close to Main Street and all the restaurants and shops.
The house is exactly as it states and it happens to be in the perfect location in the town of Breck. It sits one light from the top of Main Street where there are many local spots.
Had a great time. Hot tub worked great. Outdoor gas fire pit was a nice feature, as were both indoor gas fireplaces. Master bed/bath very large and comfortable. Heated garage and carpets also. Had a very nice time.
