New Year´s with the family

The hotel is very well located and has a great strucutre. The only thing is that, since you don´t book directly with the hotel but with the owner, the hotel doesn´t offer you cleaning service ( at least not daily).

Nice ski in/out property

We enjoy skiing at the Breck especially ski in/out location! We rented 3 suites room during the new year week and our suite was located directly across the hallway of 2BR suites at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7. Great location, enjoyed all the amenities and friendly staffs, and most of all hot tubs were the best after skiing all day. The property manager, Marie, was great to work with and very helpful from the beginning to end of our trip. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we had issues with our room which we addressed to front desk/house keeping causing delay checking into our room to keep story short. We expressed our concerns and additional issues to Marie after our trip. Marie quickly addressed our issues to the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 manager which he responded expediently and compensated generously. Again, staff at Grand Lodge on Peak 7 was outstanding and Marie was awesome to work with! Thank you!
