Host was very welcoming and accommodating. Aside from a noisey dog close to quiet hours, everything was perfect. This apartment is the perfect size for 2-3 people.
Great stay. Very much enjoyed the unit. Don't let the building fool you, Brett has done an excellent job refurbishing this unit and bringing it up to date. All amenities needed or a comfortable stay. Great location close to shopping and dining. No need to take your car out of the garage you can easily walk around town or use the local free shuttle.
Brett and Team were great! Enjoyed our Stay at Tan 16. The property was updated and very clean. The checkin and out process was very easy and appreciated. Would stay again!

Great stay in an easy downtown location and walkable to pretty much everything. Condo had everything we needed and had been recently renovated, plus the bed was a king (which I feel like is rare)!
Petite condo but perfect for our family of three. Child is 19. The bathroom is perfect as it was accessible from living room or bedroom. Convenient ski locker and parking in a garage was a bonus. We chose this condo so we could take the dog and still be close to downtown and slopes. Beds were on the medium firm side but comfortable. Great communication with management.

Couch was not comfortable to sit on & tried to use the “pull out” feature to sleep on it, which was awful. So would not recommend relying on the couch to sleep anyone.
Communication with property manager was quick and helpful. Everything in unit is new. Outside of building is dated but this unit was great. Great mattress. Walked to everything in town. I made a mistake on booking and Brett took care of it immediately. Note that washer/ dryer is public and just outside the front door. App operated. We had no problem with it. Unit is also very quiet
Location was perfect! Apartment was clean, kitchen was stocked with essentials. It is a small space overall so I would only recommend it for a couple, but it was great for a party of 2. King mattress needs to be updated badly, it is very concave resulting in us both sleeping very poorly during our stay. Make sure you have planned your arrival time to accommodate any luggage you will have in tow. We took the owners suggestions and didn't rent a vehicle but that meant we were going to arrive 2 hours prior to check in with luggage. Owner wasn't pleased that I asked for suggestions in finding a place to store our luggage 2 hours early even though it was done days in advance to our arrival.
Great host with easy to follow check in instructions and how to access the unit. The property location is second to none and enabled us to fit every activity we wanted to do into our time in Breckenridge.
Great location in the center of downtown. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, cafes and all that Breckenridge has to offer. The host was very responsive and gave good instructions for checking in and out. We enjoyed our stay.
My husband and I always look forward to getting away to Breckenridge. This property was in a great location that we could just park and walk to all our favorite spots. We were very comfortable.
Perfect location, one block off main street, very easy access to shops & restaurants. Would be a good location also for accessing ski slopes using the free buses. The condo is well renovated, clean and cozy. (The interior of the building/hallways aren't great, but the unit itself is very good. Be prepared for a full flight of stairs to the second level). Host communications were great, including check-in/check-out instructions.
