The nearby Burro Trail offers excellent opportunities for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and hiking. While it connects to the resort area, it is not an official ski-in/ski-out route, guests will need to use the shuttle or drive for lift access. Designed for entertaining and relaxation, this home features expansive living spaces, breathtaking views, and thoughtful amenities for families, friends, or groups seeking the ultimate alpine getaway. Each bedroom is equipped with a SmartTV, and beautiful views abound.
This home is pet-friendly for a fee. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know. There is a $350 fee per pet, per stay.

Kitchen: The chef's kitchen features a Wolf stove and range, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and a convenient stovetop faucet. Fully equipped with cookware, utensils, blender, toaster, and all essentials for family meals.

Game Room & Patio: The lower-level game room is perfect for fun and relaxation, featuring Bubble Hockey, a Multi-cade console, Smart TVs, a sound system, board games, and cozy seating. Sliding doors open to the lower patio with a private hot tub and unique ski lift-chair seating, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor space for entertainment and mountain views.
Outdoor Space: Step out from the main living room onto the upper deck, featuring a covered table with seating for 6 and an additional uncovered table for 4. Take in the mountain views while dining outdoors or cooking on the large propane grill, ideal for casual gatherings and enjoying the sunset.
Home Office: This home offers a dedicated in-home office space on the upper level. The area includes a spacious desk, comfortable seating, and high-speed WiFi, providing a quiet
and productive environment with mountain views to keep you inspired while you work.
Mud Room: Located off the garage entry, the mud room includes cubbies, hooks, and a dryer for wet gear. A half bathroom is conveniently located here as well.
Laundry: In addition to two full-size washer and dryer sets, the mudroom includes a dedicated dryer for adventure gear.
Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included. This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are provided. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
