This property is very nice, each bedroom with en suite is well appointed so there isn’t a bad choice. The area is beautiful, a short walk to downtown and hiking trails nearby. The living space is tight, only seats four, which doesn’t really make sense for a unit that sleeps eight, but I’m not sure there are many options with the layout. As with other places in Breckenridge, the allowance of only two cars is a hassle and the garage is very small. Overall it was a great stay, and this is a beautiful property.
Gorgeous property as short easy walk to snowflake run!
Absolutely beautiful property! We loved our stay there. Spacious, well stocked, amazing location. Loved the heated garage and beautiful jacuzzi. Room layout is great with master on upper level and 2 bedrooms with queens and family room on lower level. Main level is kitchen and family area with deck off is spacious and nice too! Can literally walk 3-4 condos down and hop onto snowflake run to ski down to lift and at end of day can ski back to same spot. Will definitely stay at this property again!!
Great location, steps away from Snowflake trail that hooks right onto Snowflake lift and away from a lot of the bigger properties. Walkable to downtown. The property was clean, but dated. While there were two living areas, both were so tight (and had seating for only four people) that our family of five could not really gather all together comfortably. The kitchen was generally well appointed but missing a few key items (toaster?? kitchen towels???).
Our family of four had a great stay. Slope access to the snowflake lift was just 50 yards or so, and the drive to town is just a minute or two. Bus stops at the community entrance as well. Walk to town is only 10 minutes or less, weather permitting. Note, the living area is a bit tight. Was fine for our four people, but six might be tight. Kitchen needs some upgrades to the cookware. I’d not call it ready for big meal prep. But breakfast or light meal is ok. Garage is heated, which is awesome. We’d stay again for sure.
House was perfect for us and stocked very well for our needs. Three different levels allowed us to share the space with privacy as needed. Heated garage was great for holding our ski gear and giving us a place to get ski ready and to take our gear off. It was also big enough to hold our Ford Expedition rental through night to avoid snow. The private hot tub was a huge reason we selected this specific home. A must after a full day on the slopes. The ski in and ski out was the other main reason. We had a very short walk to get to the cat walk and ski down to the lift. Was a bit tricky to find out way back to the house at first. A better map helping us select the right runs would have been very helpful. But once we figured it out, it was very nice and accessible. We will stay here again next season.
The location of this property is great as it is a short walk to the Snowflake slope and then ski down to get on the lift. Coming home on the Snowflake slope at the end of a day of skiing is not the funnest as there are two spots that require lots of pulling.
The unit itself is ok. The pictures of the family room furniture and kitchen table are not the furniture that are currently in the house. Pictures need updating. Another drawback of the furniture is the house sleeps six and there is only room for four to sit comfortably in the family room. The dining room was cramped as the table is too big for the space.
The cleanliness and upkeep of the unit was subpar at best. I pulled out cooking pans to cook on and they were covered in grease and food from previous use. Multiple lightbulbs were burned out throughout the unit.
Great place to stay if you’re looking for easy access to the slopes and town!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. We were literally able to ski out of our cabin and back. Super conveniently located close to town as well. All the amenities you might expect including a great hot tub, grill, kitchen supplies, fireplace etc. would definitely stay again.
This property was in a great location and a ski-in/ski-out. The house was well equipped with kitchen appliances and pots/pans, blankets and towels, humidifiers and fans. Unfortunately, the management company was slow to respond to our issues during our stay. We spent 2 uncomfortable nights not being able to control the thermostats and had to fix a broken cabinet ourselves. Great place, but hopefully management steps it up on this property.
My two children and I came to Breckinridge for some early season skiing and visit family
The property was very nice, clean and well appointed
Thank you very much for the stay

Our group of golfers loved our stay. Location location location! 2-3 minutes to downtown. We also stayed in & enjoyed cooking several evenings in the well stocked kitchen. We often stay in vrbo homes & this place is tops. Homey, comfortable, luxury bedding, hot tub, fully stocked, relaxing, location, no surprises, problem free…
We absolutely loved our stay!
This property was in a good location.
The house was not very clean when we showed up. The counter and dinning room table were not wiped off from the previous renter. The hallway rug was dirty and needs to be thrown out.
The TV's were very difficult to figure out. It was during the Olympics, so we just wanted to watch them at night. We finally just used our Roku stick.
Unfortunately, we will stay somewhere else next time.
Great location for hiking and downtown.
It was unusually warm when e visited and there was no AC. Was told this is typical for the area but it made it a bit uncomfortable at times.
