The space
Mountaineer Townhomes is in a prime location. Just a short walk to the Snowflake Lift(dependent on how fast guests choose to walk/environmental/physical restrictions), as well as the Free ride bus stop that will take guests to all the shops and restaurants in Breckenridge’s historic Main Street. This cozy, spacious Townhome with a private outdoor hot tub is the best recipe for a successful mountain ski vacation – as well as a happy group of family and friends. This place is a fantastic!

This 3-bedroom plus enclosed Large Den(more like a 4th bedroom), 3-bathroom Deluxe Townhome is a great choice for families and groups up to 8, with a multilevel layout that’s perfect for multiple couples/families to share. The cozy living area features a gas fireplace, a large flat-screen TV, breathtaking mountain views, and comfy seating. Plus, there’s another full den area with a large flat-screen TV so the kids can watch what they want! The full kitchen has all the appliances and cookware you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. There’s room for six at the spacious dining table with room for 3 more at the counter.

Master Bedroom, located on the Top floor, has a King bed. Next floor down:2nd bedroom has a Queen Bed and 3rd Bedroom has a Captain Bunk(Full on bottom/Twin on top). Next floor down: Full Kitchen, dining area and living room. Next floor down: Enclosed Den has a Queen sofa sleeper and Full Murphy bed.

Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, a one-car garage (with room for another car outside) and complimentary cable TV and high speed Wi-Fi.

The Snowflake lift typically closes mid April and opens on or after Thanksgiving.
Guests can ski into the Tyra Aspen complex (top building of the Tyra complex and across the street from Mountaineer) and walk across 4 o’clock road to the Mountaineer Townhome complex****

Although this property might be considered Ski-in/Ski-out per industry standard (less than 250 yards to ski lift/ski runs), some guests might find it more challenging than others to walk to the ski lift with ski gear due to altitude or other factors.
