Great place to stay. Convenient location. Walking distance to everything on Main St. It’s on the first floor so no steps and the parking is right at the door. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
Conveniently located to downtown and the mountain. Very clean, well equipped, and perfect place to stay while in Breck. Heated garage is a definite plus!
This is a great place to stay if you’re visiting Breckenridge and want to be within walking distance to town. Very clean property. The hot tub was also nice and mostly vacant. We felt very comfortable here and will be back!
Great location & spot. Hot tubs were great also! Only issue was we extended our stay and had a hard time getting additional supplies (trash bags/papertowels). Great place overall!!!
Nice first floor condo with a garage and walk to the main streets
This unit was just as nice as the photos. We enjoyed the property and the location was right on the south end of the main streets but still very walkable. This made for a relatively quiet stay and allowed us to open the windows in the evening.
We had a wonderful time staying at the Raptor condo! The condo was beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos.
It was also ideally located within walking distance to the Breckenridge main street shopping. Our grandchildren loved the board games, Netflix, and having an oven so we could bake chocolate chip cookies at the end of the day. We highly recommend this property! The property management group were terrific!

Great location in walking distance to downtown Breck. Easy access to the free ride bus to the lifts. Great supply of necessities, pillows and towels and love parking in the garage during the snow storm! The only negative is road noise in the living area which is heavier on the busy weekends.
This condo was fantastic! it was clean, well equipped, walking distance into Breck, and best of all close to some amazing hikes! We had a brilliant time. Hiked, soaked in the hot tub and used the kitchen to cook our meals! The main street foot and vehicle traffic dose get a little loud with the windows open- but it didn't bother us in the least.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this property. The place was very clean and comfortable. We felt at home instantly.The updated decor was perfect for the mountain feel. The kitchen is very well equipped, beds are spacious and cozy. Great location on Main street. I love how it was accessible right when you enter town and avoided all the traffic. Check in was by far the easiest I have ever experienced with any other VRBO. Easy access and walking distance to restaurants, shops, and hiking trails. We plan on booking again for the ski season, and would highly recommend it.

The location is great. We walked 10 minutes to the ski rentals and slopes. We were also able to walk on Main St. There was about 8 20 year old people partying upstairs each night we stayed. It was loud and hard to sleep. Each time a toilet flushed it could be heard. I wouldn't stay here again because of this.

We love the unit and its location. This is our second year. The bedside reading lights in the master bedroom were not operable. A big deal for those who like to read in bed. Also, one of the double hung windows in the master bedroom did not work.
I have to admit, I was skeptical about staying in a ground floor unit… but we LOVED this condo! It was very quiet, and separated from the sidewalk behind the unit by a line of trees that made sitting on the patio feel more private. The unit was very clean and well-stocked. The beds were comfortable and the complex was very quiet. Access to a garage was just down the hall which made loading/unloading our car super easy… and the additional, free nearby parking spots for extra cars was so convenient. Checkin was a breeze, and we were even allowed to access the unit before the 4PM checkin time.
The only issue we had was the sliding screen door to the patio was difficult to open and close, and we couldn’t figure out how to get the TV to work (this was most likely user error… but, maybe a “how to” instruction sheet similar to that that explained the pullout bed would be really helpful!)
We have stayed in Breck many times, and this unit is our new favorite - we look forward to returning!

Was a little tricky to find the main office and pool from our unit so directions in the condo for that might be helpful but otherwise everything was great.

Good location - not very clean place
The place was a good location. Parking garage was helpful and being on first floor was nice. However we needed to wipe kitchen down as was not too clean. Carpet had several obvious black stains and needed to be replaced. Bathrooms were clean. Underneath bunk bed there was old food and a few articles of clothing. Location was nice enough to mail us a pillow we accidently forgot.
We had an amazing time at the condo. We never had to drive once due to everything being so close. The condo was clean and beautiful for a reasonable price!
Loved this property! Great location, great accommodations. Unit had everything we needed. We were able to walk to most places downtown. Close to a park for sledding. We'd definitely stay here again.
Overall great stay and loved the condo and location. Would definitely come back!
One suggestion is to have more hooks available throughout the condo to hang jackets etc.
