One Ski Hill Place is the northernmost address on the Breckenridge ski mountain — the BreckConnect Gondola runs from the base of Peak 8 to Main Street in minutes. Historic Main Street restaurants, breweries, and Riverwalk Center performances are a short ride away.

GUEST ACCESS
Entry is via keypad with your access code provided through the Gilson guest portal before arrival. No key handoff, no front-desk line — you drive up, park in your reserved space, and go straight to the suite. The portal also carries wifi credentials, resort amenity hours, ski valet instructions, and a direct line to our on-call team. Identity verification is completed in the portal ahead of check-in.

BEFORE YOU BOOK — WINTER NOTES
Primary renter must be 25 or older. Damage protection replaces the traditional security deposit, so there is no hold placed on your card. It is offered at checkout and may be declined; guests who decline accept responsibility for any damage claims. One Ski Hill Place sits at approximately 10,000 feet at the base of Peak 8. Plan for altitude adjustment — drink water, ease into the first day. 4WD or AWD strongly recommended December through April. One underground heated parking space is included. No pets. Identity verification through the Gilson guest portal is required before your keypad code is issued.

Breckenridge is a 9,600-foot ski town with 2,908 skiable acres, and One Ski Hill Place sits at the base of Peak 8 — the first lift out of bed. You ski home rather than drive. On storm days, the resort's own pool, spa, bowling, and movie theater keep the trip going without leaving the building. The BreckConnect Gondola drops you on Main Street for dinner and back. Copper Mountain and Vail are within a short drive.
WINTER EVENTS THIS SEASON
Ullr Fest in January is the town's Norse ski-god parade — floats down Main Street, community bonfire, a week of programming. Late January brings the International Snow Sculpture Championships to Riverwalk Center. December weekends carry the Christmas Market at Blue River Plaza. Riverwalk Center runs winter performance seasons through spring.
NON-ALPINE DAYS
Country Boy Mine winter tours, Stephen C. West Ice Arena, dog-sledding and snowmobile tours out of Fairplay and Silverthorne, sleigh rides at Keystone with dinner in a yurt, and Nordic skiing at the Breck Nordic Center or the Frisco Nordic Center. Ice skating on Keystone Lake is a short drive.
