Welcome to Taivas Haus, a thoughtfully curated 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom mountain oasis offering two stories of elevated comfort. The main floor showcases an expansive great room, reminiscent of a Viking longhouse, with an inviting living area, a chef-inspired kitchen featuring a large island ideal for catered culinary experiences and a wine cooler, and a dining table that seats up to 10 guests. Entertaining is effortless thanks to the convenient powder room. The luxurious primary king suite is also on this level, complete with an en suite bathroom featuring a relaxing garden tub and a private steam shower for a spa-like experience.
Downstairs, guests will find a second spacious gameroom with a sofa bed, card table, billiards table, shuffleboard table, and a large flat-screen TV for endless entertainment. Sleeping arrangements include a king bedroom with a twin-over-twin bunk, a queen bedroom, a full bath in the hallway, and a second king en suite with a cozy day bed for extra sleeping space.

Travel & Transport:
Colorado's traction law, active from September 1 to May 31, requires passenger vehicles to have at least one of the following: snow/all-weather/M+S tires with adequate tread of 3/16th of an inch, a four-wheel/all-wheel drive vehicle with all drive wheels engaged, or chains or an approved alternate traction device. These requirements are mandatory on certain highways like I-70 and 285 during the season, regardless of current weather. This includes reasonable expectation of the ability to drive with snow and ice present. We cannot provide refunds for vehicles that become stuck or require towing, and we are unable to provide recovery services. Winter Weather Advisory: During winter and some months surrounding the winter season, all driveways, walkways, decks/patios, and roads may be covered in snow and ice, requiring caution and adequate footwear for persons and vehicles to have four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive for safe navigation of area roads.

Upon entry everything was clean, elegantly presented, with views that immediately dropped our blood pressure into relaxation mode. The pool table was an added bonus. We will rent this property again next year. The communication with the host was also spot-on.
