Here’s a townhome with great access to everything! The ski shuttle stop is one block away, so you can easily access the gondola and all the shops, restaurants and entertainment on Main Street Breckenridge. Talk about convenience, and it’s a nicely appointed townhome, too!
This 3-bedroom, 2.5 townhome is an excellent choice for families and groups up to eight. The living area features a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV and plenty of seating for relaxing, conversation and movies. The kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, lots of counter space, and all the gear you’ll need to whip up après-ski snacks or memorable mountain meals. There’s a comfortable dining table that seats six, plus room for three more at the counter. Just off the kitchen, there’s a patio with seating and a gas grill.
Other amenities include a washer and dryer, complementary Wi-Fi throughout the unit, and parking for one vehicle. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Very nice property. We enjoyed the fireplace and the back patio. The beds were comfortable. We also loved the location next to the ski bus. Excellent rental property. We will be back.
The townhome is in a great location. Shuttle service nearby. Grocery store super convenient. Near downtown and the lifts. The property had all we needed for eating in, plenty of linens, and check in and out super simple. Would consider coming back with my family.

The Kingdom Park home was in a perfect location to the gondola and City Market and Main Street. The unit was well equipped with starter supplies and kitchen supplies. Both queen and king beds were comfy. We didn't use the bunks, but I did feel how they were on the super extra firm side. Would definitely return to this unit again!
Let's start with the fact that the unit is alright. Nothing dramatically wrong with it, and it is pretty much as advertised. However, I did take 2 starts off these reasons:
The property is overall outdated. Although the kitchen is modern and well-equipped, the bedrooms are small, old, and worst of all, the mattresses are all very old and not comfortable. In fact, the best bed in the house is the pull out sofa bed, which we ended up sleeping on the last night.
Also, the bathrooms are old, and even the shower head is probably from the 80s, or whatever they got from the contractor when the unit was built. One of the toilets was leaking, and when I tried to stop it, the gasket inside was completely rotten.
All of these can happen, and would usually not affecy my review, but for the price we paid I was expecting much higher standard. I can't even stress how expensive the cost is for what you get.
Other things that made me score it low is the general maintenance of the lot - the parking lot is one huge pack of ice, and we almost fell several times, no snow removal at all. Also, to check in and out you have to go to downtown Breck, park (pay for it), sand in line to get the keys, and repeat when you checkout. In all my previous stays in the mountains (and I stayed a lot), the check in and out were seamless and smooth.
In summary, for the price we paid I would expect at least 2 levels of higher standards, and I felt ripped off eventually.
I have no idea who is the owner or how well they communicate or address issues because it all goes through a huge management company, and since we came for only 2 nights there was no point or reason to believe things will change in such short notice
We stayed in this condo for a two week ski holiday. We booked last minute and were grateful to find what we needed for the dates we needed it. The condo is warm and roomy if a little on the older side, and perfectly adequate for a comfortable holiday. We believe it was recently added to the portfolio of the managers and we were the first to stay in it. The location is on the yellow shuttle route about 5 mins from the gondola, so very close to town. Not the prettiest location in Breck but absolutely fine if this is what your budget extends to. The condo would benefit greatly from the type of 'welcome' folder - with instructions for the TV, heating, shuttle timetables, maps, etc - that you often find in rentals, but we worked it all out. There were a few maintenance issues during our stay, in keeping with the age of the condo (plumbing and a window leak due to an ice dam), but these were sorted out promptly by the property managers, who were overall pretty good. If this is in your price range, and fits what you need, then a perfectly good condo for you to consider.
