LOCATION IS FABULOUS! Ski, board, hike, fish, bike or relax! Take in the awesome mountain view and fresh air in this spacious two bedroom, two bath vacation condo. Walk out the door and start your hike, walk to town in 5-10 minutes or take the nearby free shuttle to the slopes or town. Seasonally there is great fishing and hiking close by as well as fabulous skiing/boarding at Breckenridge Ski Resort.
Property is conveniently located on the first floor of Ski & Racquet Club condos. The perfect getaway with covered parking just outside your door and enough room to sleep 7-8. Convenient free town shuttle is only steps away. The shuttle will take you to town or the slopes! And... if you don't want to take the free shuttle , it's only about a 5-10 minute walk to town.
Master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed , TV and private modern 3/4 bath with double sinks and walk in shower. Second bedroom has a full bed and bunk bed. Across the hall is a modern second bath with tub.
Need more room... use the pull out sofa in the living room or blow up mattress. Condo is complete with a full dining area, breakfast bar, and modern fully equipped kitchen for all that love to cook!
You will love the open space living area for gathering with friends or family. Enjoy streaming on the flat screen TV in main living area , the warm gas fireplace and great deck for apres fun with a grill and a mountain view!

After a full day of adventure, wind down at the clubhouse complex complete with NEW hot tub, indoor pool, pool table, and sauna. Showers and bath facilities available at the clubhouse too! In the warmer months play basketball, pickleball or volleyball on the outdoor courts, enjoy the kids play area or relax and sit around the clubhouse campfire.

Breckenridge is an outdoor playground with something for everyone. Besides great skiing , boarding, fishing, hiking and biking , town offers local shopping, history and delicious dining! Located just off main street at the south end of town ! Our location is also very drive friendly to Copper Mountain, Keystone, A-Basin, Vail or Beaver Creek ski areas.

Home was clean and very comfortable...any questions we had were answered in an organized notebook. We loved the well-supplied kitchen and the deck at the back. Watched a mama and baby moose meander by one morning. Condo is in a great location! Just a bit away from the main part of town so it was quiet, but within walking distance.

The home was perfect for my family, clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, close to ski resorts. Plenty of space to relax and spend time together. I appreciated the covered parking right outside the door. The shuttle was steps away, but we chose to drive for convenience and flexibility.

Wonderful home close to the slopes

Linda's place was amazing! We were a big group of 6, but it still didn't feel cramped. The kitchen is fully stocked so we were able to cook most nights, and, best of all, the shuttle to the slopes is right outside the door! And you get the hot tub as well.

Our family including kids wanted to do some skiing and we had an excellent stay at this place. The proximity to the shuttle is so convenient and we def made use of the pool and hot tub which is a nice add on. I would recommend this place

Wonderful vacation

The location was perfect. An easy walk to where we needed to go, shuttle to everything in town, enough removed from main street to have some peace and quiet. The property is well stocked and truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay Close to Town

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy mountain condo! The location was perfect—just a short walk to town, making it easy to explore shops and restaurants, and even closer to the free bus line, which was super convenient. The condo itself was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the living space was just the right size to relax after a day of activities. We especially appreciated the quiet surroundings and beautiful mountain views. Overall, this place had everything we were looking for—great location, convenience, and comfort. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent space for a long ski weekend. Linda was incredibly helpful with all of our questions. The unit is steps away from the shuttle stop, which made access to the mountain and downtown very easy.

Great Location

The property is located very close to the bus route. We spent most time skiing but did not need to take the car out. The condo was clean. Ample of beds accommodation. Instructions were clear.

Great Breck condo

Condo was in great shape. Plenty of space for everyone. I was 1 of 4 people sharing the space, all with our own snowboard gear, and everyone had enough room. Kitchen was equipped. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were clean. Condo had great proximity to the shuttle busses that run you up to the condo. Just a few stops away from peak 9 or Breck station. Only a few minute drive to Main Street. 10/10 experience.

This was the perfect spot for our family with 3 kids (16, 13, 11). The accommodations were perfect and proximity to town was ideal. The kids took advantage of the indoor pool and basketball court! We will be back!!

This condo was a perfect getaway for our family of 7. It was in a great location, close to everything but far enough away you couldn't tell you were a 2 min drive to all of the shops. My kids loved the club house. The beds were very comfy. The host answered any question I had very promptly. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.
