This two bedroom condominium is one of our best values in-town, and it's close to everything. Only 200 yards from the 6-person Quicksilver chair lift, it is an easy 3-4 minute walk to the lift each day. When you're not skiing, it's just two blocks from the heart of downtown Breckenridge. This condo is highlighted with contemporary furnishings and an open living area and dining room. It has been recently updated with flat screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom. Guests really love the serenity of the quiet wooded backdrop and the nearby mountain stream in the summer. Also, stay connected with recently updated, free high-speed wireless internet.

Loved everything about this condo! The location is close to Main Street and the lifts. There is restaurants and shops with in walking distance. And the condo itself had plenty of room for 2 couples.
Nicely appointed condo, nice furnishings comfortable beds and easy access to slopes. We found over the holiday weekend, could get a little loud in the complex for us east coast early to bed sleepers.
Hot tub and pool were close walking distance we used most afternoons after skiing.
We enjoyed our time!
We enjoyed a long weekend in Breckenridge. The condo was in a convenient location and perfect for two couples. We walked to restaurants and shopping. You can definitely walk to slopes. I would rent skis from Christy’s located at the base of the slopes for convenience. The parking garage was a wonderful bonus!
We had a great kitchen and lounge area. We were thankful for the humidifier as it’s super dry up there. Could have done with one for the second bedroom as well. The location was great as it was a short walk to Quicksilver. If we stayed again without beginners we would not stay there though as the Quicksilver wait time got over 40 minutes long on several occasions and it’s the only way out of the bowl.

Could use some easy improvements.
Needs a new Teflon frying pan. How hard is that? Door knob lock does not work well, sometimes won’t open . No stopper for the bathtub. Toaster only works on one side. Looks better in the pictures.
Very disappointed with this property. Window lock was broken, and screen missing.There were loose bathroom faucets, and bathroom hooks hanging off the door. One bathroom heater continued to run even with all thermostats turned off, and it was summer (no air conditioning.) All shades or blinds were non- working to some degree. The bathtub had no stopper, so was unusable, and one shower door would not close properly, so water would leak out onto floor. The pool had not been cleaned recently, and the condo was also very dirty (floors and carpets especially, and lots of dead bugs! Would NOT recommend this particular condo.
Condo was just about perfect! Super close to downtown and we loved the river & trails right outside the back door. Pool & hot tubs were great. Highly recommend & would stay in this unit again! Thanks!
Was our first time in Breck and the location was great. Stayed with 16 year old and 20 year old. Parking Garage was nice and very close to the unit. Quick Silver Super Chair and the Maggie was about 100 yards away through a short path out the front door. Everything was great and the only thing I'd look for next time would be a view. It's a pretty view of the snowy trees behind the condo but the wife doesn't ski so a mountain view would be something we'd invest in the next visit but everything else was perfect other than that. We went peak season as well over presidents day weekend and not sure I'd pay 2 or three times the average rate again for the condo but hey it's breck and it's the price you pay to stay peak season right in the middle of things :)
Open layout makes this place seem bigger than it is. Loved the view of the woods from the living area. We did leave 2 shirts in the closet by accident, and were unable to get them back. Other than that, great spot. Close to parking lot, so no lugging ski equipment from car to condo
Great experience overall and would definitely return. Plenty of space and ideal location. Only complaint was that both beds were missing comforters in the middle of a blizzard.
Excellent location, right near lifts. We had a wonderful stay and everything went smoothly. The kitchen was stocked adequately and the fireplace was cozy after a day a the slopes. Only suggestion would be the shower could use a deep clean and the bathtub still needs a stopper, as another review stated. Also, the window shades in the living room were not hanging and placed in a corner on the floor. It wasn't a big deal but it definitely didn't allow for any privacy. With that said, there was nothing that would hinder us from coming again. Overall, great place!!
The condo was very clean and well stocked. The bed had a VERY comfortable foam top that felt luxurious. Our patio was close to a little-used walking path that took you along a beautiful little river right behind the property. It was very close to the ski resort amenities and lift. I would definitely recommend this!
We loved the property. It was clean and worked well for our 3 person stay. Of course, it sleeps 6. The location was great and a short walk to Quicksilver Super Chair (Lift 5 minutes) and downtown. With all of the snow we had, having the parking garage was a plus. WiFi worked great. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils, pots, pans, etc. needed and more. The beds were comfortable. The entire property was well decorated, homey, and comfortable.
The window blinds in the living area and breakfast area were not functioning properly. We called on our first day here and the mgmt. company sent our à maintenance man to fix them. Regrettably, he could not because they require replacement, which understandably did not happen during our 5 day stay over the weekend. Not a big deal, but we missed a lot of the beautiful view of the snow covered property outside.
Also, it would be nice to have shampoo and conditioner for the bathrooms. Again, not a big deal, but a nice touch, nonetheless.
Overall, we loved the property and will definitely come back again!
The property was excellent and a short walk to Peak 9. Highly recommend the property. The only suggestion I would have is to update the window shades. One of them in the living room did not work.
We really enjoyed our quick time in Breckenridge. Place was very close in walking distance to downtime, and the ski runs too.
We rented this place as it was close in proximity to what we were cooking to Breckenridge for, which included the hot tub for relaxing after our hike. Was very disappointed however when we found out there was no hot tub available for use due to the season.
