There’s a bus stop right outside that takes you straight to the gondola and anywhere else in Breck. Clean, convenient, cost efficient.

Reviewer Comments:
Easy to walk to town, the ice rink, the sledding hill or the slopes and shuttles every half hour just in the front, spacious, comfortable furniture, very well equipped kitchen. The spa was in a nice location and hot but the jets didn't work for the 5 weeks we were there. The internet is a bit slow, especially for work. You can hear the people above walking, otherwise, it's very quiet.
Great location. The unit and the entire condo needs to be updated, badly. It is dreary. Clean and great location. But it needs to be updated before I would recommend it to anyone.

Great location and ease of booking. Actual Unit is pretty dated. Needs deep cleaning, painting and some basic updating. Upstairs unit can sound very loud at certain times. Otherwise great location, well appointed kitchen and good customer service and ease of booking.

Great location and easy in and out to anywhere you need to go. Short walk to Main St for dining and shopping. Comfortable bedrooms with stocked kitchen and cozy living space. I’d recommend for anyone wanting to spend time in Breckenridge
The management and host responded quickly to our needs. It was great to have a garage to park in. The only thing we couldn't find was the dumpster so that we could empty the trash at the end of our stay.
We stayed here for a quick getaway, the property owner was so kind, and checking in and checking out was so easy! This place was close to town, and a bus stops right outside, perfect for skiing! The place itself was very nice and cozy!
It was good for what we needed. The bathroom faucet handles need updated as they were stripped in one bathroom, hard to get a full on shower with right temp. I put in a work order for that. I am sure they will be fixed or replaced. The kitchen was large and had everything imaginable needed ! All in all a great place to stay! Comfortable beds. Loved the box fans and humidifiers!!
The rental company was well organized, communication was very good. Our unit was clean, comfy and cozy. We only used the kitchen for breakfast and it was supplied just fine for that. The TV was recent but the sound system was dated. (We always bring a Roku to stream...) All in all, this was well worth it and we'd stay there again.

An older property that could use some updates. Sheets for the pull out couch were the wrong size and the pull out mattress top was very worn. Coffee machine needed to be replaced. Did the trick but nothing special.
Property had no working central heating. We had to use portable heaters found in the closet in order to keep the condo warm. Tried to call the listed number for service but only had an answering machine.

Expensive Nice Condo with Pros & Cons
1st we arrived & found 108 but code wouldn’t work. Called Pinnacle & help would arrive in 40 minutes. Carried all luggage to door to find someone else staying there as they stepped over our luggage to get in. We found on our own that there’s twin buildings with same #s. Should have been told beforehand. Also tell renters that blue ski shuttle stops from slopes at 4:40pm. We had to find another & then carry skis half mile to condo. Would’ve driven had we known. Underground garage was awsome as well as the kitchen/living rm. Master bdrm door lock inop & glass fireplace door fell off when opening so didn’t use it. For price updates needed,ie, tvs in berms and new carpet/tile. Overall nice couple days in Breckenridge with night life. However ski slopes were crowded. Better skiing at Copper Mtn & Ski Cooper. Might be back but for same $ May shop around for condos if similar price.
Thanks for having us.

Could have been better
There were some bigger issues like how bad the mattresses really are, but some little things that could have been done that were not. There was a giant hole in the drywall in the master bath...could have easily been fixed/patched or warned about. Drywall throughout unit is cracked, given it a dirtier look. Noone took the time to shovel snow off of the back patio, despite it not having snowed for several days. Bathroom sinks both clogged...master bath took ten minutes to drain. Also, I get it's CO and melting snow, but no attempt whatsoever on the management/HOA's behalf to address thawing/re-freezing snowmelt. Very dangerous walking around the common area. Hot tub holds maybe 5 for the entire complex. Furnace worked and hot water heater, too...so we survived, but it's not worth what I paid for it.

Overall it's a great place to stay. Pros- Convenient to town and the ski slopes. We didn't take the shuttle once and it was fine. The condo complex is nice. The hot tub is nice but can be busy. The wooded view from the balcony is peaceful. The size of the unit is comfortable and the island/bar is a nice feature. Beds are comfortable. Cons- You can hear the people in the unit above you more than you should be able to. The couch is run down and needs replaced. Overall- would stay there again.
we returned to same property for our second trip to Breck. brought back fond memories and it was good to be in a familiar place. the location is in walking distance from main street and shopping areas, yet away from the hustle and bustle. clean and comfortable condo. will stay here again!
