  • Cozy one bedroom, one bath condo with sleep sofa. Conveniently located one block to bus stop, one stop to base of Peak Eight. Easy walk to downtown. Complete kitchen, electric fireplace, washer and dryer in unit. Full cable available as well as enhanced high-speed internet with password. Hot tub and sauna on property. Easy access hiking trails.
    Walking distance to Breckenridge Nordic Center
    Close to The Peaks Trail, Cucumber Gulch across the street.
    Bus is free and runs to the mountain, downtown Breckenridge and City Market
    New carpet, new appliances in December 2024.
