The spacious open-concept living area features a cozy stone fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen, creating a welcoming space to relax and gather. After a day exploring Breckenridge, step outside onto the private patio and enjoy peaceful views of the surrounding woods. The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and private en-suite bathroom, while a queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space for guests.

Guests staying at Powderhorn have access to the shared Columbine Pool, located approximately a five-minute walk from the unit.

The condo is just a 5-minute walk from the base of Peak 9 and a 7-minute walk from historic Main Street, putting skiing, dining, shopping, après-ski, and nightlife close at hand. Scenic hiking and biking trails and the tranquil Blue River are also just steps away, making this an excellent year-round location.

Columbine Pool: Open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and from mid-November through closing day of the ski area. The shared pool is approximately a five-minute walk from the unit. Please note that the Columbine Pool will be closed beginning Monday, September 28, and will reopen Friday, October 30, 2026.

We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more.
