Welcome to our cozy little cabin, located in the Tiger Run community. This is a great place that is perfect for the small family or just a couple getting away. With the river just outside the door you can enjoy fishing or a relaxing afternoon with amazing views. If you are into the tumble weed tiny house movement this is a great place to get a feel for it. Located just 5 miles to downtown Breckenridge and the ski lifts; you are close to all Summit County has to offer, including a shuttle transportation system with a nearby stop on Revette Dr.

5/5 for the price, comfort, and location.It's cozy (a tight fit in the kitchen and the shower, but plenty of space in the sleeping/ living areas). There's a free bus to town if you're going to be here all day, since parking in the city is very limited. We were able to find plenty of good hiking nearby. The kitchen table was just big enough for my work set-up with two monitors, the wifi worked well, and it was quiet enough to work during the day. The owners will send you a lot of messages after you make the reservation. You'll want to save a couple of them, especially the one with the gate codes. You'll also want to take their advice about bringing a sheet or blanket for your dog. There are two couches, which catch ambient dog hair like glue. Even just from my dog laying on the floor by the couch, they both picked up a lot of hard-to-remove hair. I wished I'd had something to cover the couches with, because that would've been easier. (They will tell you that you're responsible for dog hair.) There's trash and recycling not too far of a walk away, or you can pull your car up to it. If you're bringing kids or sharing with others: there's one main bedroom, then an overhead loft with a mattress. There's also one of those kids chairs that unfolds into a small mattress. I think the couch was a fold out, too, but I didn't check. That's a lot of sleeping space for the rate we got.

Not what it should be.

My family supposed to stay at cabin for 6 nights, but we only stayed for 2 nights. First of all the place was very dirty, dusty and not nice at all. The dust on the walls, windows sills, pictures was probably not cleaned at all. Huge cobwebs were everywhere !! The shower had a leak that was very annoying at night, this place is very small so you can hear anything. On top of that during second night we had to move kids from the loft where they were sleeping because there was a leak from the ceiling over the kids bed. That was turning point and we had to find another place to continue our vacation. Hosts were pretty nice and promised to refund half of the money and we agreed even though it was only 2 nights and it was horrible experience. Unfortunately we have not received all the money. They charged us twice for cleaning service!!! And when I ask to correct it they never get back to me. I understand that the leak was not their fault, but someone should be responsible for cleaning when gets paid for it.

Sliding entry door & locking mechanism VERY DIFFICULT to utilize!TV was a 'streaming' TV & I could NOT navigate it! VERY disappointed in NOT being able to watch major ABC, CBS, NBC & Fox regular networks without apps!! I ended up watching shows on my phone mostly!The cabin was smaller in size than expected!Missed having an attached deck.
