Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Pros:We enjoyed our stay very much. Easy to get around town and to the mountain. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Plenty of towels and tissues, trash bags and paper towels.Very responsive communication.Cons:Things were not a clean as I hoped, 3 bolts sticking of wall at head level at dining table. Lots of wires, and an uncovered outlet behind table.2 bathrooms smelled of mildew.
We had a good stay at this Claimjumper condo.
Pros:
Good location, right at a shuttle bus stop. The bus takes you directly to the town gondola. If driving, just a 5 minute drive to town.
Typical small condo setup. Kitchen and lr/dr on ground floor, 2 bedrooms on 2nd, master on 3rd. All are good enough for a ski vacation. Kitchen is not lavish, but had all the basics.
Cons:
Its an older condo, and it's showing its age.
The two rooms on the 2nd floor share a single thermostat - one room was warm, the other cold. Solved that with a space heater.
The 1st floor bathroom had a bad odor. Likely from the front loading washer. They are notorious for that. Easily fixed.
These two issues were not serious - we still had a very satisfactory stay. The price was very attractive, so we felt that we got a good bargain. I recommend this place.

Reviewer Comments:
The property was not necessarily as described. It was in walking distance to town if it was maybe better weather like in the summer, but in the winter time, driving was required. The kitchen had the basic amount of dishes and utensils. Random things around the place seemed not great - like plug outlets missing their covers. Thankfully the children on our trip were old enough not to mess with those type of things. The wifi was unpredictable around the house and we had issues with every single tv, whether it was the cable or streaming services (tv too old to support updates and/or wifi issues).Check out time was 10am and the cleaning crew arrived at 930 and so did some managers of the property. They parked their cars and watched us for the entire 30 minutes left while we packed up our families and things in our cars. It was incredibly uncomfortable and made it very stressful and an overall weird feeling leaving the property.
overall, the size and location of the property were fantastic with a family of 8. We didn’t even use two of the beds. There was plenty of bathrooms and the kitchen was fully stocked with items needed to cook. The property was very close to the grocery store and the gondola. The property also had a nice hot tub (both indoor and outdoor) along with an indoor / outdoor pool. The WiFi and tv were of good quality allowing for streaming from our computer movies for family movie night. The cost was also unbeatable compared to other locations within Breckenridge. The best part was having constant communication from property management through text. Was very helpful for helping navigate expectations and provide reminders. The negatives about the property was that every member had congestions issues that began and ended with our stay. The second floor bathroom had painted over mold above the shower suggesting that the dank smell could have been due to mold or dust issues. There were two beds that required new mattresses or a better frame as the foot of the bed was higher than the head. Some of the mattresses were very hard as well. In conclusion, we really loved our stay and are interested in a future stay. An update on the beds, having an inspection, or setting up ways to help create more air circulation throughout the house. Would be recommendations to improve the quality of a future stay.

Three wild and crazy guys on a ski trip, we loved that the bus stop was right out front, steps away. The free trolley to town and to Breck Ski was easy to use and reliable. We were on the hill about 15 minutes after we left the condo with no driving or parking hassles. That was awesome. Apres ski was easy too and no one needed to worry about driving. We wanted variety so we drove to BC, Vail and ABasin which were all easy to get to and no more than 45 minutes away. When we hit those other mountains we also liked the ease of getting to Frisco which was a great place to get breakfast on the way. This is not a luxury accomodation, but we all felt like it was more than we needed. The bedrooms are all big, the bunk room is perfect if you have kids. The master, on the third floor, has its own bathroom which was nice. The three bathrooms are nice for a group.Parking was a little frustrating, but I do mean, a little. A couple days, our assigned spot was taken and we were asked to move from the spot we took. Not a big deal, just something to be mindful of.The pool and the hot tub have a cool retro vibe but impeccably clean and easy to access. While there were others using it at times, we felt like we could have accessed it any time we want. These appear to be Condos built in the 1990s that have all been remodelled over the last ten years. The crowd in the complex is young families and groups like ours. It is quiet and peaceful but not snobby.I felt like we saved a little money compared to places closer to the center of town, and it was worth it.
Everyone enjoyed the place and found the rooms and bed setup comfortable. We had four 16yr old boys staying in the bunk room for a running retreat. They seemed to like it and the two dads enjoyed having their own space. Really enjoyed the hot tub.

The house was very clean and furniture was nice. The hot tub was right next door and wonderful in the evening. We fly fished the inlets at Dillon and blue river
