The Cedars Townhomes are located in one of the more sought after ski locations in Breckenridge. With its proximity to town and its easy access to the slopes, it's hard to pass up lodging like this.
• Please note that we recommend using a shuttle to get to the house during peak season. There is a 2-car garage that can only accommodate compact SUVs. Parking of larger vehicles will have to be off-site at guests' expense.

It sits within walking distance to Main Street to enjoy restaurants, shopping and nightlife. This unit is close to everything!
AMENITIES – This homey 3 level townhome-style condo comes equipped with a fully-remodeled kitchen, private parking garage, private laundry. After a big day of skiing, enjoy the private sauna, or take a short walk to the Upper Village Common area outdoor heated pool and hot tubs (Seasonal, off-site). The Upper Village pool will be closed seasonally for maintenance in the Spring & Fall - Check with our sales team for exact closure dates.
All Pinnacle properties are stocked with: • High-end bed linens and towels. • Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances. The place was clean and in great proximity to the ski slope. Having a large garage right under the unit was amazing. No cleaning snow off the car and it makes for really convenient loading and unloading. Breck can get very dry in the winter and I really appreciate having access to humidifiers in the bedrooms.
Another amazing stay, we love this location so much its perfectly situated and the computer desk allows me to catch up on work when the ski lifts aren't open. Thanks again we will be back in November/December!

We enjoyed our stay in Cedars. We were just steps from the lift at Beavers Run and we were only a 5 min walk to Main Street, downtown. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy nights by the fire.
The townhouse worked out really well for us. It is a short walk to downtown Breckenridge, which we loved, There was a view of the mountains in the upstairs bedroom. The property manager was very responsive when I had a question, which was appreciated. The townhouse had a nice layout, plenty of room, supplies and towels. We liked having a garage too.
We enjoyed our first time at the Cedars- it was recommended to us through friends who had been skiing in Breckenridge for decades. The location cannot be beat- this condo was on the back end of the property and it was only a short walk to the slopes. Layout of the condo was great, too- split level. We loved the hot tub on the enclosed deck, too. Communication with the property manager was one of the best we've had at any VRBO we've stayed at. The only downside was the property was quite a bit dated; however, it was extremely clean and outside of one of the toilet chains breaking (which was promptly fixed) everything worked well. It was a great stay and we will consider the Cedars and this condo in particular again when we come back.

The biggest selling point of this rental is location and the hot tub. Those two things alone, would make me give 5 out of 5 stars. It is ski in ski out and walking distance from downtown. The hot tub is just off the dining area in a closed in area. The place is a little dated but just a great rental. The rental agency answers super fast and was super helpful as well.

The Cedars 53 property is a nice destination in Breckenridge that is less than a 10-minute walk into town and it’s a tucked a few blocks off Main St which helps to keep things quiet. The amenities are good with two highlights being the gas fireplace that turns on with a simple switch as well as the private, in-unit hot tub off the dining room. There is plenty of space for a family to spent time together or spread out. The property overlooks the courtyard from the common area and the master bedroom. The two car garage was a nice way to keep cars protected from weather and becoming little ovens from parking in the sun. The kitchen is well equipped if you choose to prepare meals at home.A few things that could have been better include the door locks for both sliding patio doors being non-functional. There are wooden stoppers placed in the rails of each door that will prevent opening, but this isn’t the most secure set up and in the case of the master bedroom slider, the door doesn’t ever shut completely. None of the sliding doors or windows have screens which will allow flies and other bugs into the home when windows are open. The vertical blinds in the master bedroom should be replaced. There was a slat missing from each end and they are curled to a point that they do not block lights from other units at night or the sun during the day. Finally, the keypad door lock on the front door is a little twitchy and didn’t always work well, so we ended up going in and out through the garage a lot.
The perfect location! We also loved having our own indoor hot tub. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Would recommend.
Only thing is a new keypad would be good for entry as the keys stick almost every time.
Great place. Everything worked and no surprises. Easy, smooth and a great home base for skiing and main street.

The reason I picked this unit was because of the private hot tub even though it cost more than other units. Upon arrival, there was no hot tub and door to unit was open. Host stated owner removed hot tub after my reservation was booked but failed to notify me of the change. They said I could use the community pool. The window in one of the bedrooms was broken and host said they were aware. A large pallet was delivered during our stay in garage where our ski gear was moved without our knowledge. Not the stay I thought we would have especially for the price.
We arrived the day before Thanksgiving and loved the property, we have stayed in many Cedars properties and this one was our favorite yet, or only complaint would be that the cleaning was definitely below par but we let it slide because it was Thanksgiving and no doubt the cleaning staff was rushing home to their family. It only took me 30 minutes to get it to my standards and the rest of the stay was lovely!!! We will ge rebooking next year!

Avoid staying in this very old, outdated townhome
Got there and half the lights didn't work. Called, maintenance reset the breakers. The hot tub never worked and probably never will. I complained about the personal hot tub nit working and getting some sort of discount. The facility wanted us to load up and drive to a swimming pool. Stay away from this old town home. You have to ride a shuttle to a lift. It's not a ski in ski out. Ski in and out means you walk out get on a lift and ski. Ski down to your dwelling and walk through the door. Your facility is old.

Our experience at Breckenridge was great. 53 Cedars was well below our expectations. Pictures and descriptions do not match this very "date" condo. Broken blinds, tattered curtains and very small bedroom with a queen bed made it impossible to move around in the room never mind having a place to store clothing. Closet doors were not functional throughout.
