Centrally Located Ski-in/ Ski-out Condo at the base of the Snowflake Lift in Breckenridge, CO. Dining and shopping on Main Street is conveniently located 3 blocks away. Heated underground garage parking, ski locker, sauna, steam shower, as well as hot tub, spa, and gym access are included in your stay. Sleep comfortably on a Tempur-pedic King bed in the bedroom and a pull out memory foam Queen bed in the living room. Recently remodeled with new furniture and appliances!
The space
Riverbend is a ski-in/ ski-out residence located at the base of the Snowflake Lift. The snowflake base area also has a rental / retail ski and board shop to make equipment rental easier.
Guest access
Private use of the 600 SF unit, steam shower, and ski locker.
Unit is accessible via elevator or stairs from a heated parking garage, and is a ground floor walk out to the common areas.

Shared use of the building amenities: indoor and outdoor hot tubs, large lobby/ meeting area, meeting rooms (by reservation), gym (as if you're going to need it), steam room, dry sauna, gas BBQ, and patio.

Building is next door (and uphill from) Breckenridge's Snowflake Lift, providing a true ski-in/ ski out experience. The Snowflake Trailhead is adjacent to the property for hiking and mountain biking as well.

Property is 3 blocks from the town center on Main Street.

Public transportation/ bus route is available next door at the base of the lift.

A cozy condo for a family of 4

We booked the place for Christmas skiing. It is located closely to the snowflake lift and easy to get back from the resort. The host is very responsive and the check in and out was very easy.

Ideal ski in/out location and lovely place to stay

Wonderful experience all around with this property. Very easy to book and the property manager was excellent to work with. We loved how clean the property was and everything is in great condition and well maintained. The mattresses are superb and made sleeping very pleasant. This property also has an excellent gym, hot tub and steam room. To say this location is ideal from a convenience standpoint with skiing would be an understatement. It really could not be easier to get to the lift which was only feet away from the location. It made it very easy to take breaks throughout the day back at the property. Overall an excellent experience and I would highly recommend for smaller families/couples looking for a great place to stay and ski.
