Spacious accommodations!

Loved the spacious accommodations of this beautiful condo with great window exposures! Loved the well-stocked kitchen and eating arrangements. The hot tub was a bit of a walk and so crowded that we couldn’t get in (one tub was out), but we enjoyed the inside fireplace instead! Once we figured out the route to ski in, ski out, it wasn’t bad!

Plenty of Room

Nice condo with plenty of room. Plenty of privacy even within the condo itself. The slopes are an easy walk, about 150 feet. We enjoyed our stay! Simon had excellent, helpful communication.

Wonderful stay!

Our family ski trip had a wonderful stay at this condo! Such a short walk to the lift and to the downtown area too! Great location, parking garage and additional parking spot, comfortable sleeping, kitchen was loaded with pots and pans and dishes to use, 3 showers! Really enjoyed this condo and would definitely rent here again!

Family ski trip to the mountains

Easy check in and location is good. There is a short walk to the Quicksilver lift. We chose to check our skis one day so we didn’t have to carry them back. The unit was roomy and the kitchen well stocked. We had everything we needed. I did dock it one star because we couldn’t use the hot tub. 2 of the hot tubs were out of commission and the other 2 were filled all around the brim and loaded in the middle, we were very disappointed with that. The unit could use some updating but we found it comfortable for what we needed. We would stay again.

Great Ski Trip

Condo provided plenty of room for all of us without feeling cramped. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials needed for cooking most of our meals and slopes were just minutes away, which was great for our group. Definately stay there again.

My family and I really liked this property. The furnishings were very comfortable and the unit was stocked with everything that we needed. The property manager was friendly and prompt with any concerns. Perfect location - close to lift and town. Would definitely return.

No frills spot for large group

It’s difficult to find a spot in Breck for large groups but this location was perfect for us. While the layout is a little different, we had plenty of beds and bathrooms, and the kitchen was adequate for feeding the group. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay

This was a wonderful place to stay if you want to be close to the Quicksilver Lift and downtown. It isn't ski in ski out, but it is a very short walk to the lift and to the Maggie. The place is very large and roomy and very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and made cooking very easy. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Spacious condo was super comfortable for our group of 7 men. Great location with a very short ski/walk from Peak 9 Quick Silver lift or to Main Street.

Great Condo in Great Location

Spacious three bedroom condo with large living room, dining room, and kitchen. Could’ve handled many more people than the five of us. Location provided short walk to the quicksilver lift and easy access to Main Street. Couldn’t be happier with our selection.

Family ski trip

Location to the lift area is so convenient. Walk to town. This unit is spacious and cozy. A few minor repairs needed, but still functional. A little disappointed in the cleanliness of the spas. (Although this isn’t a direct issue of the unit). Property management is very responsive and helpful with check in. We had a great stay.

Excellent location, if a bit dated

When we arrived, the instructions to access the unit were wrong. The property manager responded quickly to get us access, and the issue was handled for future stays. The cleanliness was decent, but there were a few things that we had to tidy up before use. My big complaint (and the reason for removing a star) is the beds. Both king mattresses seemed very old, and they were incredibly uncomfortable. The twin mattresses were a bit better. All of the pillows that i tried were worn out and flat, and i couldn't get a decent night of sleep. For the price, i expected a bit more on the comfort side. As for the good, there is a lot. Plenty of space, incredible location for the slopes, great communication with both the owner and property manager, comfortable couches (my oldest son ended up sleeping on the couch after the first night due to uncomfortable mattresses). It served my family well for our stay.

Special ski trip with grandchildren

Love the property. The ski racks located outside, the pegs for the poles, tons of hooks to hang clothes to dry over night demonstrated that the owner really cares about the skiers. My ONLY suggestion would be the have tissues in the bathrooms (there were none to be found) and extra shampoo and conditioner. There was only on very small one for 2 people for the entire week. The soap also is very small you can barely hold on to it when using. Other that that the place was great.
