"I had a very pleasant stay of six nights here. The room newly renovated and had all the necessities of a longer stay including a fully equipped kitchenette. The highlight for me was the rain shower with good volume and hot water. The bed mattress was a bit thin and low.The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. Overall good experience and close to metro. "

I paid the deposit but didn’t receive any of the required details until after the booking, and they stopped responding when I asked for the information ahead of time. The communication was confusing, and they even asked for bank account information along with other unreasonable requests.This was a last-minute booking because I had to cancel a prior reservation, and I still never got my deposit back. I canceled several nights in advance and was promised a refund through Vrbo, but those promises were never fulfilled. I’ve had to dispute the charges myself, and I’m still waiting on the money.This property is run by thieves. I lost over 1,000. Do not book here. Do not stay here. It is a complete scam!!"
