It was clean, calm and relaxing. Loved the bathtub and high ceilings. Just a lovely place to relax. Great location for exploring the city and accessing transportation. Will definitely be back!

This hotel is located in the center of Brussels with easy access to shops restaurants and the tourist highlights of Brussels. It’s an upscale unique hotel that’s been updated to embrace modern design while keeping the original architectural elements. It was comfortable, clean, and welcoming. Breakfast wasn’t included in our package but there’s a wonderful restaurant next to it as well as many others in the Galeria where the hotel is located.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Being able to see the foot traffic in the gallery from the window gave the stay a special feel. If you have a heavy suitcase, it is difficult to reach the entrance unless you avoid the cobblestones and access the building from the back of the gallery; I think it would be helpful if this were mentioned in the directions. The staff were all very kind. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay in the hotel! The room was spacious and quiet, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom was good sized as well. The breakfast was limited but tasty. However, there was only one worker and he had to do literally everything! Two of the days, there were only a few parties so it was fine. The other two mornings, it was so crowded and he was so overwhelmed that they ran out of coffee cups and silverware, the coffee making machine was out of coffee, and it took over an hour to get our food. I would definitely recommend this hotel but would not get the breakfast option.

Fabulous location off the Galleries, near Grand Place and lots of restaurants. Easy for Central Station. Well air-conditioned room which we appreciated in the heat. Surprisingly quiet at night given its central location. Would definitely recommend and come again.

We truly enjoyed our nights here at the hotel. The breakfast was good and of course, the coffee was great. A minor issue with an air conditioning issue but they fixed this immediately. This is an older hotel but we loved the place because of building. We also were able to see the buildings, churches, chocolate, beer and waffles which is what we expected. Also enjoyed local food. The staff was very helpful!

This hotel was conveniently located walking distance to Brussel Centraal station and in the heart of historic Brussels. Check in and check out was easy and the rooms were clean and spacious for Europe.

While the room was very clean, the grout in bath and shower is long overdue for good bleaching. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, there were simply too many other options just outside the door. There is not any laundry on site, but the staff did have a helpful recommendation for us. However, I would definitely stay here again. The location was amazing and overall the room and hotel was comfortable/inviting.

Staff very helpful, goes above & beyond . Raphael was super helpful. He deserves 5 stars for customer service. Downside I was up all night ( no sleep) the hotel safe malfunctioned requiring a locksmith to open it and had an early morning train to go to Paris. Otherwise staff very nice and Rodrigo was very helpful to check us in early as soon as we arrived before regular check in time .
