"This is our 3rd stay here as this is the only hotel we stay at when in Mont Tremblant. Excellent location as it is inside the village and a short walk to restos. "This was such a great experience coming to the Oystrya, Our host Jean Joseph was quick to respond to our inquiries. This condo is a little marvel, fully equipped with so much amenities in the kitchen, lots of different appliances including 2 espresso machines, nothing was missing for our 4 nights stay. We travelled a lot and this is the best condo we ever rented amongst so many. As you enter the unit, the scent was very pleasant. The beds are comfortable, nice linen and very new and modern furniture. We will definitely come back to spend another weekend and we will also let our friends know about this place. Forgot to mention that the area is quite relaxing and quiet, close to many Mont-Tremblant attractions. Thank you Jean Joseph for your warm welcome!"

"The home was clean overall and worked well for our group of three couples. We specifically chose this property because it was advertised as ski-in/ski-out, but there were a few important details that impacted our experience.The lift next to the house does not open until 9:00 AM, even though the slopes open at 8:00 AM. Additionally, the gondola was closed for the season during our stay. While the listing has since been updated to include gondola operating dates and times, that information was definitely not available when we booked. This was a key factor for us, as not everyone in our group skis and we had planned to use the gondola for access into town. Had we known this in advance, we would have chosen a different property. I only became aware of the update after reaching out to the owner for clarification and expressing my frustration.Parking is another consideration. While there is free parking in the pedestrian village, it fills up quickly with early skiers. As a result, we ended up paying 25 each time we needed to park during the day (evening parking is free). Given these challenges, we were very glad we rented a car—otherwise, getting around would have been difficult.Our group was most frustrated with these lack of details in the original posting, which negatively impacted our overall experience."
