"Very disappointed was a mention before. Very small room poor lighting and ventilation conditions. The bathroom disgusting condition full of mold in the shower. Definitely not recommend. "

"Great location in the heart of Queens St mall. We were there over Anzac day so the only thing to note is that the streets are closed on that day from 9am to 3pm so it was pretty much impossible to get in or out of the hotel during those hours."

"Lovely staff. Old tired rooms , loud noisy air conditioning and lots of road noise. The view as we opened or doe to leave each morning was not pleasant, cleaning equipment rubbish piled onto trolleys. Third stay wand we won’t be back."

"Pleasant enough stay and the staff were all lovely but the hotel room we had is in desperate need of a proper deep clean. There were stains on every surface in the room including the ceiling. Disappointing as would expect more from an IHG hotel."
