This hotel is great if you want to be centrally located in the city. The registration process was efficient. All staff have wonderful uniforms that quickly identify them in your movements about the hotel. Every one was helpful and courteous . Having underground parking was great. The breakfast selection was varied but we especially enjoyed the omelet station. Our room was spotless and we enjoyed a great view of the Axia Momuntal from our balcony. We would certainly stay here again.

This is an older hotel with nice facilities like rooftop pool and restaurant. Staff friendly. Unfortunately our mattress was old and worm and desperately needed replacement. So I was disappointed given the price charged I would have hoped for a newer firmer mattress.

Hotel excelente com lobby elegante em cada piso; funcionários da recepção e do restaurante extremamente educados e atentos, e aliás, parabéns ao hotel pela valorização da equipe mais madura. Hotel bacana e aconchegante!

Hotel bem bacana, bonito, somente fiquei chateado com as bebidas do frigobar que estavam naturais e não gelaram, ficaram somente frias, o andar que me colocaram era muito barulhento e a abordagem de alguns funcionários eram meio grosseiras, como na hora do café da manhã, em que o funcionário me abordou na entrada como se eu não fosse hóspede. Mas não estragou minha experiência.
