Procuro ter cautela para avaliar os hotéis, levando em consideração o valor pago na diária. De fato, o El Pilar tem diária barata e está muito bem localizado, porém as vantagens acabam aí. Tive, nesse hotel, a pior experiência de hospedagem da vida, me arrependendo e MUITO não ter pago mais para ficar em outro local. Primeiro que a estrutura bizarra do hotel me colocou num quarto abaixo do nível da rua, na área da frente do hotel (fachada). Barulho constante, isolamento visual duvidoso (inclusive no banheiro) e o pior, numa madrugada, acordei às 3h com hóspedes conversando alto na frente do hotel. Tive que ligar TRÊS VEZES pedindo intervenção (até para não provocar briga) e não foi feito nada. Voltei a dormir era 4:30h porque o pessoal cansou e foi pro quarto. Quarto com iluminação baixa, internet que praticamente não funciona (influenciando no não funcionamento da TV), apenas um travesseiro bem fino, diversas avarias nas paredes e o mais BIZARRO: o interruptor de luz ficava do lado de dentro do box de banho, sendo impossível não molhar. No último dia tive que quase implorar para emitirem nota fiscal da hospedagem, que é obrigação de quem presta o serviço, não do site que intermedia a reserva. Como saí de madrugada, precisei pedir para outro colega fazer esse pedido, que só após muita resistência ela foi fornecida. Por fim, o cheiro da cozinha ainda descia e ficava represado no andar inferior onde estava meu quarto. Não recomendo!

O que não gostei e que deixou muito a desejar foi a qualidade do colchão do quarto que era bem fino e desconfortável com um fundo no meio. O Wi-fi estava horrível que não segurava uma ligação de video no whats sem travar. Infelizmente o atendimento pelos canais de atendimentos por whatsapp não é legal, pois até hoje aguardo resposta no numero que está indicado no site do hotel.

Havia um cheiro desagradável de vômito no corredor e tinha baratinha no meu quarto; o serviço de quarto não limpa o quarto se você não deixar plaquinha na porta, mas não havia nenhuma plaquinha no quarto e isso também não foi informado no momento do check in, então quando retornei à noite o quarto estava sujo e desarrumado. A roupa de cama é boa e limpa. Banheiro básico e antigo. Se precisar de secador de cabelo, tem que ir pegar na recepção e devolver após o uso, pois é de uso coletivo. Café da manhã satisfatório. Ótima localização. Pra quem não faz questão do café da manhã, melhor alugar um flat, porque o padrão do hotel é economizar ao máximo.
