Hotel is very well located close to shops, restaurants and the airport. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options. Staff was kind and helpful.

Good Business Hotel

Our stay was fine; this seemed like a very good hotel for business travelers; we did not see families with children or couples on holiday. The staff was very good and spoke English and the value was great because of the strong U.S. dollar. Convenient location for us. We are an elderly couple visiting family who live in Brasilia.

Not Amazing at all

U$1,000 were stolen from my backpack. That day some hotel employees had entered the room to fix the safe box that wasn't working, then to fix other things. Same day I reported the money stolen and the hotel refused to cooperate with the police since I had to file a police report. The hotel has not held anyone accountable and not given my money back

Acomodação muito boa. Localização excelente. Os pontos negativos estão no banheiro que exala um mau cheiro horrível e o café da manhã que o espaço é péssimo, pequeno, recortado, apertado, sem falar nos itens oferecidos, exatamente os mesmos durante 05 dias. Não mudaram nada.

Situação muito Constrangedora :(

O quarto foi ok.. Mas os recepcionistas praticamente obrigam a pagar os 10% de taxa de serviço, que deveria ser opcional, super constragedor, me senti coagido a pagar uma taxa que DEVERIA ser opcional. Busquei no google e mostrei pro recepcionista, pra provar que a taxa é algo opcional, daí com muita falta de educação e irritabilidade, fui informado que seu salario é baixo e esses 10% iria fazer muita falta.. Achei SUPER constrangedor, foi obrigado e pedir desculpas…. Foi horrivel, situação extremamente constrangedora.
