  • Beautiful decorated 3 bedrooms townhouse, back yard with black stone grill , full kitchen, 4 tvs with Netflix, prime video Amazon , Disney plus etc . walking distance to shops , restaurants,hospitals, and famous and awarded vineyard and resort : Chateau Elan is only 3 minutes driving, Mall of Georgia is only 15 minutes away, Lake Lanier is 20 minutes away, Braselton Hospital biggest hospital system in the county is 5 minutes away and much more nearby. No smoking , no vaping , no events and parties allowed , quiet hours from 11 pm to 7 am . Front and back blink video camera.
