The Space:

Step inside this cozy studio retreat and discover a thoughtfully designed space that makes the most of every square foot. The living area features a comfortable couch and Smart TV, creating the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, complemented by beautiful stone countertops and a Keurig coffee maker for easy mornings. A bar-style dining table for four provides a welcoming place to enjoy meals, games, or trip planning. Outside, your private patio invites you to relax in comfortable seating while taking in serene views and the peaceful atmosphere that makes StoneBridge Village such a sought-after getaway destination.



This studio home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a queen size murphy bed and a queen size sleeper sofa.



This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer/dryer combo in home.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles is available on a first come, first served basis.

• As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived. On the day of arrival, all guests will need to reach out to the local team to obtain the AMENITIES PASS to show to the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge.

• This home is a one level; first floor walk down unit with 18 steps down required to reach the main entrance.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 40 lbs, may be brought to this home.

• The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.

• Portable crib provided.

• Long-term stays allowed.

The home is less than 4 miles from the White River Balds Natural Area, a 362-acre nature preserve with rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes. Downtown Branson, just 10.5 miles away, is a historic town dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.
