"The free buffet breakfast is outstanding. The hot tub is not working, they are waiting for parts. The ice machine on the 2nd floor was out of order. We had to go to the third floor to get ice. They no longer offer shuttle services to Silver Dollar City. The AC in our first room wasn't working but ..."
