Quiet 2BR + Screened Porch in Gated Stonebridge

A quiet 2-bedroom upscale condo set inside the gated Stonebridge resort community — 5 minutes from Silver Dollar City and about 15 minutes from the Branson strip, far enough from the crowds to feel like a real escape.

The screened-in back porch is the heart of this place. Guests consistently call it the highlight of their stay — coffee in the morning, the sound of a distant Ozark train rolling through in the evenings, and comfortable seating for six.

Inside: 1,355 square feet with a formal entry, a separate dining room (seats 6), and an open kitchen and living area. The master bedroom has a king bed and a large desk, with an en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower plus garden tub). The second bedroom has a queen. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa with an extra foam mattress topper — a frequent guest favorite. Sleeps up to 6 comfortably.

The kitchen is fully equipped: full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a full-size Bunn coffee maker with grinder. Smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. In-unit laundry with washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. Starter laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and dishwasher liquid provided. A small stash of board games and cards lives in the entry closet.

Stonebridge itself offers 24-hour security, three seasonal outdoor pools (the closest a 5-minute walk; two larger pools a short drive), tennis, golf, volleyball, basketball, walking trails, a catch-and-release lake, playgrounds, and a clubhouse with a restaurant and fitness center.

My family and I use this condo ourselves and have stocked it with everything we'd want for our own stay. If anything comes up during your stay, I'm easy to reach.

- After booking, all guests must sign a rental agreement within 24 hours. Main points are covered in the house rules; contact us if you'd like to review the full agreement before booking.
- Stonebridge Village charges a $7 per vehicle per night resort fee, paid directly to the community at check-in (2 vehicles maximum). This is separate from your booking total.
- This is a bottom-floor unit accessed by stairs (no elevator).
- We use a bring-your-own-login policy on smart TVs. Major streaming apps are pre-installed, and free services (YouTube, Samsung TV Plus) don't require a login.
- Check-in is at the welcome center or the main gate guardhouse (details in your welcome email). A parking pass and guest passes are required.
- An outdoor doorbell camera records video and audio in the public entry area only — never inside the unit. NoiseAware sensors monitor sound levels only and cannot record or transmit audio.
- The primary booker must be at least 21 years of age at time of booking.
