NOT a Kingsize bed

We got to the room and it looked just like the photos. We knew immediately that the bed was only a queen size bed because we sleep on a kingsize everyday. I called and they said it was a king but I actually had a tape measure and measured the mattress while Margo waited on the phone. It measured 60" a queen size. They could not find another room for us so we left and stayed elsewhere. They never called us back to discuss a refund or a solution. Poor customer with the host Thousand Hills.

Heat wasn't working. Towel rack kept falling off the wall. Neighbors were loud. This is one room in front of a duplex style house and very small. The bed was not comfortable at all! Definitely not worth what we paid. We are usually not complainers but we were dissatisfied with this room.

Not exactly as homey as the pictures.

Unfortunately some of the pictures and rental descriptions were deceiving. Arrived to find broken cabinet doors hanging off the hinges, carpet stains, exposed mattress due to torn/half hidden bed dust ruffle, stained curtains, broken towel racks, etc. Limited basic toiletries. This property says it has a kitchen, but it is only a kitchenETTE with a mini fridge and a microwave. You will however find ONE coffee cup, ONE drinking glass, a few forks, and four plates for your use. The oven range photo is from a seperate adjoining unit fyi...you cannot cook here. Bring earplugs as the AC unit sucks air under the door of the adjoining rental room and screeches loudly all night. We had to turn on the exhaust fan on the microwave just try to sleep. Bed was springy and left a lot to be desired for a good nights rest. Disappointed and wished we had spent our 3 nights elsewhere.😔 I will add that our door code did not work upon arrival however management responded quickly. They were aware of the damages but just said they would let someone know.
