Not what we expected
The property is a little dated, but overall in decent shape. Bed was comfy and kitchen adequate. Our problem was we ultimately chose this place because they had a kiddie pool. The pool wasn't operating (no spraying water for slide or sprinklers). Our kids (1 & 3yrs) woke up in the mornings with new bug bites. And our final disappointment was service. After getting home, we realized we left two mats that cost about $200. My wife called the service number first thing and was told they would email housekeeping. I called a couple hours later and was told they would call housekeeping and then call us back. We never got the call. I know ultimately it's our responsibility, but I still expect honesty from hosts and calling for something less than 12 hours after leaving should generate better results.
