"Room was clean, breakfast GREAT, ac/heat easy to adjust, ALL STAFF very friendly! Very quiet. Highly recommend. "

"We had No hot water & the floor drain in the bathroom did not work, bathroom flooded. We were told to let the water run for at least 20 minutes to get hot water (which would have flooded the whole room). Staff did not immediately come to the room to check. Eventually at 4:00 a.m. & after my insistence, staff came & we were moved to a better room with hot water. Upon checkout, Staff appeared to be more concerned that the new room was occupied without their knowledge than that the old room (with hazardous conditions) was assigned to a aged ADA customer. Overall experience was very disappointing. (Especially as compared to former experiences with Doubletree) "

"Holes in walls and floor, tv didn't work properly, knob on in shower on backwards (hot gives you cold) room had a chemical smell. Rusty rods for towels. You could hear the people in the room upstairs walking around."

"Cheryl and Don were absolutely amazing! The property and location were beautiful. The house was clean and so "home" like. Very organized and peaceful. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the area! Plenty of shops and places to eat nearby"
