"The place smells like a cigarette. Everything in the room smelt like it. The bathmat was stained and ripped. Beds and pillows were awful."

"Upon arrival, it was clear that some of the guests had intense issues which required management's attention (loudly and in the lobby, icyw.) The room was clean and tidy and the air conditioning worked quite well. There were other conclusions drawn from the fact that there were vehicles being repaired in the parking lot and a certain person napping at various locations at the property. The breakfast was absolutely continental; no more to be said. It was very quiet. That part was great, as were the numerous security cameras. No complaints there!"

"Front Desk was super nice in changing our room to the first floor. Only bad thing was some people were smoking weed outside and it's a very strong smell. "

"I reserved a 1 bedroom with fireplace room two weeks ahead of my stay . When I arrived on that wednesday April 29 I was told someone was staying over and I could not have the room I reserved. I was given a choice of a suite with a King Bed or a 1 bedroom with two tv's. I arrived at 10 so I chose the 1 bedroom since I had a meeting at 9 AM. So I paid extra for a room I did not get. Everything else was average or poor. "

"The mattress was comfortable at first to lay on but a little too firm for me to get a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was good and enough choices. Nobody was present during checkout but hopefully we don’t get charged for anything."

"We were just at the property, it was lovely. Very well appointed for a rental. They even had a French press coffee maker. Loved the trees and big window in living room. Very comfortable. The bedrooms were equally lovely with great mattresses. We liked the mattresses so much, we might get same. The tile work in the bathrooms was outstanding as was the master bathroom and double shower. The pictures don’t do any of it justice. The property owner was VERY responsive so there were no outstanding issues. It’s centrally located to lots of great food and shopping. Loved it, would stay again and recommend. "
