"Pretty sub-par experience as we only stayed for one night. The rooms were not overly clean (stains on floor, sofa, walls etc) but the bedding and towels felt clean and fresh. Shower was also very nice with nice Rituals products. The major downside was the lack of soundproofing across the rooms; we could hear every single conversation of our neighbours’ on the other side of the wall.
