The hotel is located about 1 KM outside of Bad Aibling, so you do need a car. The wellness portion is excellent, the pool, spa and Sauna area are incredible, the fitness center is good. The gym, pool, spa is under construction. There are close to zero amenities at the moment. Only a bedroom with a few machines posing as a gym, and the bar.
