Superb Rural property for 6 with Private Heated Swimming Pool

"We had a wonderful stay at this lovely gîte in Bran. The location was peaceful and quiet, which made it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful countryside. The swimming pool was fantastic and a real highlight. The gite was very well equipped and we needed for nothing. Liz and Bones were both absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome. They were incredibly helpful, giving us lots of information about the local area, recommending places to visit and sharing their knowledge of the surrounding countryside. Nothing was too much trouble. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would happily recommend this gîte to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing break in this beautiful part of France."

"Très beau gîte et environnement adéquat pour la famille.Accueil parfait et convivial par le gentil propriétaire qui répond facilement au téléphone.Les activités sur place sont riches pour tous les âges : pêche ( 17 poissons en 3 jours pour des enfants extra débutants), promenade, jet ski, piscine. Restaurant pas trop loin,...Et le meilleur c'est la piscine privative avec les transats , l espace à barbecue et la table familiale en extérieur Cuusine bien équipée en électroménagers utilitaires mais peu d espace pour ranger ses aliments secs pour 10 personnes. Les armoires du salon étaient trop poussiéreuses et à même le sol.Seuls bémols : -les draps, les coussins et couettes sont jaunis et tachés. Il y avait des pépins de raisins et chips dans 3 lits entre la couette et le drap housse.-les sanitaires haut et bas ne sont pas finis : les enfants se brûlaient à utiliser le robinet d'eau chaude monté à l envers. Les bémols sont des retouches de finitions bâclées mais les très bons souvenirs de la cousinade ont fait oubliés ces éléments dans la journée.A RETENIR : un très gentil propriétaire et de bons souvenirs"

"Really lovely farmhouse amidst the beautiful Charente countryside. Very spacious, clean and well equipped. There were only 5 of us so two bedrooms were unused but even if they had been there was plenty of room for everyone. Very comfy beds, great showers and very welcome air conditioning although the house stays remarkably cool even in heat dome conditions ! The gardens, pool and barn are particularly lovely. Wendy the host was super friendly and helpful! We will definitely visit again"
