The only negative was that we hadn’t realised that bathroom would be downstairs, which resulted in the kids being a bit anxious about going on their own, as it’s a shared house and they weren’t comfortable wandering around the house on their own with strangers. "A fantastic stay! A lovely cottage with everything you need, set in a lovely location. The owners were very helpful and friendly. There is a fully equipped kitchen with nearly everything you need for self-catering, just missing a pizza cutter. A dishwasher and washer/dryer are also provided. The swimming pool is an amazing asset to the property, it is not attached to the cottage so you do need to go outside but only about 20 feet. There is a shower and toilet in the pool house. Overall, this is a lovely cottage for a relaxing time in the Peak District."
