St Andrew's Church, Bramfield, Suffolk. Bramfield is about 2 miles south of Halesworth on the A144 road. The church lies just behind the Queen's Head Public House on the west side of the road. The tower is probably Norman around the 12th Century and is 43 foot 6 inches high and with wall thickness of 4 foot 6 inches. There are 5 bells the earliest dating from 1440. "Nice hotel in a lovely setting. Room was big but cold, room air conditioning didn’t work properly which was a shame. Found myself waking up with a dry throat so had to turn it off completely. Really nice meal in the main restaurant but wouldn’t say it’s value for money, considering how expensive it is! Staff were friendly and helpful but I don’t think I would return. I stayed in room 29."
