"Perfect place to stay overnight before a flight from Stansted.
Lots of choice for your help yourself breakfast.
Wasn’t made aware that you could leave your car there and take a taxi to the airport. Would have definitely saved some money.
Maybe this could be highlighted more."

"I wish I’d just paid more to go to a chain hotel. This was terrible, the shower took 10 minutes to warm up by this point the bathroom was already flooded and the water was leaking into the bedroom floor. One of the great benefits was ‘FREE PARKING’ listed on their advert but I was in fact charged for parking for the few hours I was there overnight!!! Conveniently close to the airport but that’s about all that was good about this place."

"Everything just as listed. Room was spotless, everything clean bright and fully functional. Host communications were timely, informative, and replies to questions prompt and always courteous and professional. We wanted to experience piece of English country living that is getting harder to find these days. Beautiful green fields, birds everywhere, and kind cheerful people who treat guests warmly. That's what you get here. Shops and places to dine are 15mins drive away. Great place to...

"Guess we should have realised from the price. This is well located but very basic. The bar below is a noisy club. We didn't mind that, but others might. The room was clean but very basic. Bathroom and toilets shared down a flight of stairs. The staff were lovely. "

"Soooooo good! This hotel is located perfectly for the central colleges and river. It’s also a very short walk from Park & Ride bus stops if you come into the city using P&R. The communal areas are great with lots of food and drink options, plus plenty of seating. Lovely vibe in there.
Bed was incredibly comfortable and we both slept very well. There is a modern clean bathroom and well equipped small kitchenette. Highly recommend for a trip to Cambridge."
"Curtain hanging off one side, tv remote missing (had to ask for one at reception)
Bathroom generally dirty & stained, especially under toilet & pipes
Breakfast - reasonable choice but all cooked items had been out for some time so overcooked & yet not hot"
"Bar staff left half pint on table went to order food came back no drink and table was taken.saw the table cleaner she just smiled and said left it on the bar not there"
"I needed a room that would mean I could step off my train and within minutes be in my room . The Ibis more than exceeded my expectations raoid check in great room friendly staff and an excellent breakfast made this trip a success."
"Dry disappointed with the venue as a whole. It advertises electric charging car facilities, yet no one on the property knew how to use them so was unavailable.
The room was supposed to be prepared for twin beds and wasn’t so had to wait. When beds were separated, condoms were found u see the bed and just left out.
The spa facilities were out of order ( jacuzzi and sauna). The hotel bar was small and rubbish.
The staff were largely unhelpful and I knowledgeable.
The exception to all of this was the golf club. Excellent service, amenities and bar area.
Overall - not impressed"
"Arrived just before midnight to a very warm welcome allocated a room on the 7th floor. 24 hour service available. Had a delicious pizza and drinks before a great nifhts sleep.complementary breakfast was excellent and a check out at 12 means you don't have to rush"
