"We were only there for a few hours but our stay was very comfortable. The only negative was the cost with all of the hotels in Glasgow profiteering because of the Commonwealths Games and pop concerts that weekend putting up there prices significantly."

"Stayed at the hotel for 12 consecutive days for the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. The hotel whilst out of the city centre is 5 mins walking distance from the train station with route directly into Glasgow Central. I was able to keep a couple bikes in the room without issue for commuting - large free car parking. The hotel bedrooms are all very clean and well maintained. The Resturant is excellent, food very good and well serviced with friendly staff. Bar is good and lounge seating area very comfortable for chilling away from the bedroom. The rooms don’t have air conditioning but a large rotating tall fan in the room helped. No fridge which would have been useful and would be room to fit one, but had campervan with me so used that to store milk etc in a fridge. Coffee/tea/hot chocolate & biscuits restocked daily. Breakfasts very good, although on one Saturday morning pastries and other food items had run out which was annoying. Only thing missing for me was a gym and fridge. I would definitely recommend the hotel and served my purposes well with out hassle or any issues. Very well managed and all staff friendly."

"It's not really set up like a HOTEL but was a corner away from the main street of Glasgow, situated over 2 restaurants,) where the music didn't stop till 3am on fri/sat nights and vibrated through the floors, so that wasn't the best for us, but you get a 20% discount on the food bill at the restaurant under it. Staff and check in were great and easy, we had a 1-bedroom place great size, overlooked the main street, had a bath which i liked, had NO air conditioning but i think most places in UK or Europe don't, so that was okay they had fans. it's well situated to buses and subway not far away at all, the Main Train station, Glasgow Central is 900mtrs away in a straight line"
