- Our luxury 3 BR/ 3 Bath Margaritaville inspired condo is a brand new to the rental market and features one of the best unobstructed water views of Anna Maria Sound and Tampa Bay in the community. The unit features a gourmet kitchen, high-end mattresses, furniture and electronics. The unit comes with bikes and plenty of beach gear. Come enjoy one of the best units in the only luxury development in the area. Skip the hassle of a trip to the off-site management office with keyless entry.

This is an amazing property. Dave is a gracious host and communicates very well. When we arrived, the place was immaculate and was everything it was described to be. The parking, the views, the pool, the grounds were exceptional. It is a very short drive to the beach, groceries, and other amenities. We will be back...

What an AMAZING vacation spot!!
We so enjoyed our stay at 380 Aruba Circle, Unit 303! The views of Anna Maria Island, Anna Maria Sound and Tampa Bay are outstanding! The sunsets were truly amazing. The doors to the Lanai are a wall of glass that slide to one side so you can enjoy the water views inside and out! It is a fantastic complex with lovely amenities and a terrific location! The owner had bike's and electric bikes for our use and we loved riding them to the beach! The condo itself has lovely, new furnishings and is well stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. The owner was so helpful and made sure that we had a remarkable vacation!! We will definitely be booking here again!!!
