Great location, a very short walk to public beach. Beach chairs, umbrella and towels provided very nice. Nice info packet outlining great restaurants and things to do locally. Nicely appointed with all the amenities desired for a very relaxing stay! Highly recommend.

The Pink House is the perfect getaway!

Just steps to the beach, clean, well appointed, bike rental in walking distance. Never had to get in the car! Biked and took the mo key bus and trolley everywhere. Can’t wait to stay again!💕

A retreat to remember

My husband and I enjoyed this amazing property for our anniversary! We loved the proximity to the beach and walkable to bridge street. We had a car, and went to the north end of the island, but also took the trolley which was super easy. This home is so comfortable, cozy, sweetly decorated and clean. We definitely want to go back again!

Property was very clean and well maintained. I was worried about the location, but it was perfect and quiet at night. Communication was easy and quick with host. Bike rental is a must. We got engaged this weekend, so we will definitely be back to this pink little house !

This little apartment was perfect for my husband and I! It was so cozy! With the location I thought it might be loud with it right on gulf dr. but I didn’t notice the noise! The beach is just a short walk down the street. Overall I would stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was bright and airy with a cozy welcoming atmosphere. So close to the beach and Bridge Street area with a free trolley stop right outside. The property was even better than the pictures. Had everything we needed. A wonderful place to celebrate our 25th Anniversary! Thank you! We will be back!

Cute apartment with convenient location. Apartment was clean but if we had one issue it would be the smell of mold in the house. We did buy Lysol and air out the apartment which helped.

Great Stay!

We loved our stay here! Katie had thought of everything and provided plenty of TP, paper towels, and dish soap. She even provided laundry detergent for the washer and dryer downstairs. The location was perfect! The trolley stops practically right out the door and we were steps from the beach. We decided to skip the rental car and used the trolley to get around the island so it was nice that the stops were so close. We had a phenomenal stay at the pink house and will absolutely rent again next time we visit! Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing place and easy access to beach

The Pink House Unit B was one of the best units I have stayed using VRBO for years now. The pictures do it perfect justice. It’s a nice quaint space with a 1 min walk to beach. The unit is literally across the street from the beach which was quiet, not crowded at all. The only tiny drawback was the bathroom. The shower and toilet do need updates but don’t let that detour you one bit. Great place and location! I would rent again for sure!!!

Property was easy to find right on the main road. Short little walk to the beautiful beach directly across the street. Propert was neat and tidy, bed was very comfortable. Perfect for a couple. I traveled with my daughter so the double bed posed a problem. Pictures showed a day bed, but that must be in another unit. She was able to sleep on the love seat, but that might not work for others. Overall excellent property, would stay again.

Short getaway

We stayed for 2 nights and the house was as advertised. Location is great. I would suggest investing in some new sheets. The sheets were a little worn and kept coming off the bed. We also could not find a cutting board but we did not ask the host so it could be there and we just couldn’t find it. But overall those are minor complaints and the house is fine for a couple to relax and enjoy Anna Marie Island.

Likes: Very clean unit, conveniently located to the beach, FREE trolley stop steps away, and about a 20 minute walk to Bridge Street (where most restaurants, convenience stores, and nightlife are located), A/C worked great, nice sized back deck, laundry room, large kitchen with everything you need to cook, beach chairs and towels were provided which was not expected. Dislikes: TV had very limited streaming channels (no actual live TV channels), the access code to enter unit gave us issues a few times, water bugs at night outside on front yard
