Coquina Beach Club #205: Gulf front condo with balcony

Come sneak away to your own private oasis at Paradise condo. This beautiful, fully updated condo is located directly on the beach! Enjoy stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico while cooking a meal in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen or relaxing on the large furnished balcony.

Perfect for a family of four or two couples, this condo offers free WiFi, three flatscreen, cable TVs, and two bathrooms. On-site, slip into the heated community pool, or grab a towel and take a short walk right out onto the beach to dip your toes into the Gulf.

Take a ride on the free, air-conditioned Island Trolley, accessible just a few hundred feet from your rental, and cruise around Historic Anna Maria Island's seven miles of paradise, filled with wonderful restaurants, boutique shops, waterfront parks, and white sandy beaches.

*PARKING: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home with parking pass. 1 designated parking space is provided and guest parking is available, although not guaranteed. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking for any guests without a pass.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

It was a great unit. It has beautiful views. It has lots of toys and beach chairs for use. The only drawback was the pool is dead for kitty ones. There’s no shallow end. But the beach totally makes up for it!

Last minute beach trip

We had to pivot after Beryl derailed our trip to Cayman. We found this magical condo and it couldn’t have been better. So clean, so comfortable, and the best location right on the water with a great clean pool. Great for family of 4. Host service was great and so accommodating when we wanted to stay another night. We cannot recommend this condo enough!

Excellent Vacation

This property is an outstanding place to vacation. The condo was clean, decorated so cute. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The only thing we couldn't find was the BBQ grill but no problem we just broiled our steaks. I would recommend this property to family and friends!

Anna Maria Island

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary this year at the Coquina Club. The condo was amazing! Beautiful sunset views, gorgeous beach, and great amenities! Very comfortable. The only bad thing was the emergency evacuation a day early due to hurricane Ian. Perfect place to stay and relax!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo in AMI. It was our first time to AMI and the location was amazing! We came with our two year old toddler and baby and the size of the condo was perfect. It was clean, within walking distance to restaurants/shops, and the beach was beautiful! We didn’t want our trip to end. We will definitely be back!

Family Spring Break 2021

This property is absolutely perfect for those who want a beach in their backyard! The rooms were spotless and updated. We had everything we needed and more. We already booked a stay for next year! With only a dozen or so units it was the perfect Spring Break Family Style. The beach wasn’t crowded and only residents in the surrounding buildings were permitted on the beach! I highly recommend this property!!

Lives Up to the Photo's

The view is off the charts! The location was perfect. Although some have posted no chairs, people do leave things behind, there was a beach chair in front closet. Also, there are community lounge chairs as you leave to access the beach.
