"Rooms were very outdated, and did not feel clean. The budget breakfast was not very good and choices were limited. Location was not great as well, far from most things. Staff was friendly but hotel was Far from great. Would not stay again. "

"Beautiful spot at the top of the mountain. Very peaceful, ideal for relaxing. The hotel offers a shuttle to the city center approximately every hour (Very convenient). A highlight: the restaurant staff was outstanding! Highly recommended."

"Hotel was old and tired and rooms are badly in need of updating. The rooms were supposed to be superior ones but the layout was very different from the images on the website so I don't think they were. Also there is a glass wall to the bathroom so if you get up to use it in the night you disturb anyone else in the room with the light. The restaurant food was not great. There were also some unexpected charges at the end of the stay that were not mentioned on check in. The pool and beach were lovely though."

"The hotel is in a great location in front of the piazza but this does mean the noise from there can interfere with sleep. My partner also heard snoring from another room. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good. I used there private parking. My car was returned with marks on the door. The public is 500 meters away and walkable even though it’s on a major road - Italians seem to accept this."

"Loved our room, with it's spacious balcony and view of the mountains, each morning! Staff was very helpful in prearranging our room upgrade, before we arrived, so that there were no unpleasant surprises."

"Excellent service the moment you walk in, courteous and attentive to every need that you might have. Clean room, and quiet at night. Breakfast is just amazing and the staff is so helpful... while sitting at my table, I didn't have to get up for little things. My room was facing the amazing Positano beach, and it did not disappoint at all. Keep in mind that you would hear the noise of the beach, but once you close the doors is just fine."

" I would recommend this hotel, but there are a few areas where improvement is needed. The standout feature is definitely the location—it's hard to beat. The views from a beachfront room are stunning, and the rooftop is truly spectacular. The evening cocktails and snacks were a lovely touch and added to the overall experience. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. That said, the rooms are quite outdated, with older furniture that could use refreshing. The walls are also very thin, which made it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms. While the bathrooms were clean, they are also dated and there was a noticeable sewage smell at times, which detracted from the overall comfort. With some updates and attention to these issues, this hotel could offer an even better experience."

"This hotel location exceeded my expectations. It’s right beside the ferry so very easy to travel to many locations in the Amalfi Coast. The rooftop pool area is 10/10! The breakfast area was amazing with the most breathtaking view. The food and service were exceptional. The only downfall are the hotel room washrooms which are quite small and could be upgraded for a 5 star hotel. Otherwise, perfect experience. "
