This restored historic home is all new inside, with a nice backyard and patio, located between MSU and downtown, just 2 blocks from the Community Food Co-op. West Olive Cottage is managed by Bozeman Cottage Vacation Rentals, a local company with over 25 years of experience. Rules: this is not a pet-friendly home due to a strict allergy-free environment, so no service or emotional support animals are allowed. Modern and bright remodel with new furnishings and appliances! Fully equipped two-bedroom, one-bath home with parking, nice backyard, and a storage shed. Interior maximizes space, with closet space for each bedroom. The kitchen has soft-close cabinets, high-end appliances, and a workspace. The side door leads to the tidy backyard with BBQ and patio. Access to the alley and secure storage area for gear. Living room has a Roku TV and an antique secretary desk. Dining area seats four, with extra bar seating. Each bedroom has a plush queen bed, dresser, and closet space, accommodating up to four adults or a small family. The house is light-filled, super-insulated, with central AC and heat. The bathroom features a glass block wall and tub/shower, stocked with non-toxic EO shampoo and body products to reduce waste. Downstairs has Maytag machines and a large open area for storage. Great location, 3 blocks from Cooper Park, 5 blocks from MSU, and downtown Bozeman. This house has everything for great memories! Fully equipped with a coffee maker, grinder, local coffee starter pack, linens, pots/pans, utensils, spices, and EO body products. We provide local info on Montana meat, vegetables, hiking trails, rafting, and restaurant coupons. Place was as advertised, comfortable , and great location . Was visiting with son who is student at MSU that elected to stay , work and enjoy Bozeman this summer. We really enjoyed the ability to grill in great backyard space. Would definitely stay here again, thank you !

Beautiful Cottage

I could not have been more pleased with the Olive Cottage. It was spotless and very beautifully decorated. This house truly became our home for the week in Bozeman. Every single detail was well thought out. Pay attention to Paul's recommendations. He was spot-on.

Pick this house! Truly Walkable to MSU and Downtown!

This is a great house for 2-4 people. The house was extremely clean, had everything we could possibly need, comfortable beds, was warm, cozy and communication with management was terrific!My husband, son and I were in Bozeman to tour Montana State and walked to campus to get the "real college student" experience. The house is walkable to downtown, which we did. And, if you're thinking to ski at Bridger, it's less than 30 minutes to the mountain, which we also did :)This house was, hands down, the best short term rental our family has stayed at in a long time and we stay in rentals pretty often. Very happy. Thanks to the owners/managers for keeping such a nice house, equipped to feel like home.

Felt like home with all the great amenities and cleanliness of the place. It was also the perfect location for going to Big Sky, eating and drinking at the great restaurants and breweries in Bozeman and having a quiet neighborhood to stay in.

A wonderful two bedroom property, with a very well stocked kitchen and bathroom ( detergents etc). The neighborhood is very pleasant and the short walk to downtown perfect.The owner was very welcoming and accomodating and somehow always available to communicate, explain and help.Glad that I found it!

Perfect distance from the action on Main street. I enjoyed walking to Sweet Peaks ice-cream shop & Ted's Montana Grill. The house was very clean and well appointed. I traveled the area alone for a few days, and it was both quiet and safe to do so. Would stay here again.

Wonderful Property Close to Everything

Great rental in Bozeman for my 2 week stay. Close to Main Street and within walking distance from great restaurant, South 9th Bistro. House was well equipped with EVERYTHING you could possible need. Washer and Dryer were a huge plus. Looks recently remodeled and was perfect for our group of 3.
