Managed by Bozeman Cottage Vacation Rentals, this sleek and cozy, one-bedroom apartment is in the heart of Bozeman's Northeast Neighborhood. Step out of urban life into this quiet retreat, where productivity and leisure thrive. This newer, freestanding apartment is your 21st-century basecamp, perfect for one or couple. Built in 2017, it features modern appliances, cozy in-floor heat, and heat recovery ventilation for year-round fresh air.

Rules: No pets allowed to maintain an allergy-free environment. Service and emotional support animals are not permitted.

The apartment has a queen bed, full kitchen, full bathroom, and a new laundry facility. Large south-facing windows and north-facing bedroom windows offer views of the Bridger Mountains.

In the fall, enjoy morning runs before your Zoom call. In winter, ski at Bridger Bowl with a short drive. During long spring days, walk downtown for breakfast or shopping.

Great takeout options are nearby - gastropub, South Asian, wood-fired pizza - all five minutes away. Coffee shops and breweries in the area provide perfect workspaces.

The homeowner lives in the main house in winter and this apartment over the garage in summer, traveling for work often. He can share tips on local wildlife and cuisine.
