With 4 total beds, the layout is designed for flexibility: Bedroom 1: Queen bed, closet, dresser, and nightstands with lamps Bedroom 2: Another room with a queen bed + children’s items such as a pack'n'play, dresser, 1 large closet and a smaller closet, and 2 night stands with lamps on each. Bedroom 3: Two twins (one firm, one soft), a desser, closet, a night stand with lamp, and a few kid's items in the closet The home is stocked for easy, stress-free travel. You’ll find games, books, and a comfortable living/dining area with couch and love seat, a TV, live plants, and interesting decor. The full kitchen comes equipped with everything you need—dinnerware, cookware, utensils, spices, a coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, range, and fridge. Families will appreciate the thoughtful touches with extra blankets, fans, and more. The bathroom includes fresh towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and cleaning essentials. Whether you’re here for skiing at Bridger Bowl or Big Sky, visiting Montana State University, or exploring downtown Bozeman’s restaurants and shops, this guest house offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and Montana charm. Front yard is a small sunken patio, landscaped with local boulders and many native plants. Also in the front is a large fenced and private deck with sun shade and grill. Our guest homes are located in University Subdivision, and tucked behind the Gallagator Trail on Bozeman's south side. Our neighborhood is located very close to 5 large municipal parks. Bozeman Public Library / Lindley Park / Peet's Hill area just south of Main St. is a great family walk after a night enjoying the Downtown bars and restaurants. To the west and south west, is Montana State University, and is a few minutes away by bike or walk. Enjoy football games, Museum of the Rockies, graduations, move-in/outs, and do some research and stay with us! Walking is a great option, since the trail is just around the corner, and the Museum is just to the south, while Downtown is just to the north. Bozeman is a great town for biking, and our guest house is right around the corner from Bozeman's Gallagator Trail, which connects the Museum of the Rockies to Downtown, and soon all the way to the M Trail, on the way to Bridger Bowl. You will see families with bike trailers in the summer, to fat tire bikes in the winters all enjoying the trail system in town. Definitely bring a bike to Bozeman if you can!
