Comfortable and clean 2-level townhome located in the heart of Bozeman, Montana. Perfect for a family getaway.
Located only 2 miles from MSU, Bobcat stadium, Museum of Rockies, Downtown Bozeman, a short drive to Bridger Bowl and an hour from Big Sky and Yellowstone National Park.
Property is located 2 block from the beautiful Bozeman Ponds. A short walk will take you to Rosauers Grocery, restaurants, shopping and the Gallatin Valley Mall for shopping or a movie.
Streamline bus stop is 2 block from the townhouse. Grocery and shopping are within walking distance. Uber is also available in Montana.
Amenities include high speed internet, Smart TV with Netflix and cable, washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen.
Private backyard shaded deck & landscaped private space for grilling or relaxing.
Upstairs bedrooms are furnished with queen beds. Front upstairs bedroom also includes single chair with pullout bed that serves for additional sleeping space.
Downstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds. We can put the twin beds together If you prefer so please let us know ahead of time.
A twin rollaway bed is also available in the living room closet for additional sleeping space.
This townhouse recently had central air conditioning installed. Also included in upstairs bedrooms are ceiling fans and additional fans are available to move throughout the house.
Guests have full access to the townhouse. One dedicated parking space available in shared driveway with neighbor townhouse and plenty of parking on street.
Single car garage is temporarily unavailable to guests
Guests will access townhouse with a code provided prior to check in. We respect your privacy but are available by text or phone should any questions or needs arise.
Due to allergies we can not accommodate pets.

This property is comfy and clean. It is nicely located. Be aware there is 10.00 per person per night fee after 4 people, even though the house sleeps 8. We enjoyed our stay.
Very comfortable, clean and accommodating host. This home was perfect for our family of four and so close to everything, including downtown Bozeman. Highly recommended!
Wonderful property. Fenced yard for the granddaughter to play. They even had toys for her! We had 6 adults, and had plenty of space. Felt welcomed and cared for, with plenty of amenities. Highly recommend. Great location very near town, parks, grocery, shopping, etc. Would stay again if in the area. Close to MSU.
Everything was great! Property was clean, kitchen was well stocked, had nice little touches with bathroom amenities provided, and good location with quick access to grocery and shopping. Excellent communication by property owner. Fit our group of 7 comfortably. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for 5 nights, and it felt like home. The location was just a few minutes from downtown, so close enough for Bozeman, but far enough to be peaceful. Nice quiet neighborhood, just off the beaten path.
The home was clean, and offered all the amenities that you would need for a few nights stay. Less expensive than most the hotels in the area, and I'm excited to stay here again next time we visit!
Comfortable and Well Appointed in a Great Location
We (my wife and I and 2 teens) stayed for a few nights to ski Bridger Bowl and explore Bozeman. The accommodations were clean, organized and easy to navigate. We especially appreciated that the unit had "staples" left in terms of spices, sugar, pancake mix, etc. That was a really nice touch that made it very comfortable. Thanks so much for the use of your wonderful place!
My niece and I stayed for four nights. The house was beautiful, and we loved it. Beautifully landscaped. The beds were comfortable, it was a very clean, spacious with plenty of supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. A great location, minutes from downtown Bozeman. If we are ever fortunate enough to come back this way, we will definitely try to rent this house again. Thank you Coleen and Mike.
It is a very nice property, very clean, exactly what we needed. My o ly suggestion is to use black wash cloths for makeup removal, then you don’t feel like you are using a dingy cloth on your face. Overall we loved the house.
Had a great few nights bringing my family to Bozeman to show them where I went to school. The property was clean, well stocked, everything was labeled (light switches, tv controllers, etc) which made the stay very easy. My kids LOVED the box of toys left for them to play with. The location was easily accessible to everything we wanted. We didn’t need anything while we were there but the owner messaged me a few times about the property being ready a little bit late and people stopping by to do something outside so communication was clear (although I had been out of cell reception so didn’t see most messages until after the fact). Overall a great stay.
Wonderful clean duplex with all the amenities of home
Great duplex located near MSU and restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Been a user of VBRO/Homeaway for over a decade and this was easily the cleanest more organized place we stayed. Easily handled our family of 6 which includes 4 teenagers. We also really appreciated all the fine appointments, flowers in the front and rear and incredibly well stocked kitchen. Coleen made the whole process a breeze and we really appreciated all the notes throughout the house. Highest recommendation and hope it’s available next time we’re in Bozeman.
The unit itself is clean and tidy. A bit over decorated for my taste. Beds were comfortable. Upstairs front room was very warm at night and neighbors were very noisy late at night, honking their car horn repetitively and shouting, playing their music loud enough the bass could be heard over the tv. This property had so many personal items in the kitchen cabinets, it felt like I was staying in someone’s primary home. I would recommend this listing for a family with small children who want a relaxed and informal atmosphere. If you want an updated, uncluttered environment, this is not the place for you.
